Host made us and dog very welcome. The Sunday lunch was proper home style cooking not the pretentious rubbish of mini sweetcorn & mangetout. Highly recommend this place and would return.
A little gem in the Yorkshire dales, close to aysgarth falls, with plenty of walks & trails to enjoy. The George inn is a very quaint little country inn, serving cask ales & excellent food. For a quiet peaceful retreat this is the ideal place.
