Friendly staff but the food was not good. Having eaten at lots of Vietnamese and Thai restaurants in London and South East Asia we found this to be the worst we have been to, Beef Pho main was the smallest portion we’ve ever seen and...did not taste authentic. Pad Thai noodles were very tomatoey, almost like they were mixed with ketchup or sweet and sour sauce, plenty of prawns but lack of authentic flavour or any vegetable or herb garnish. We asked for chilli flakes but they didn’t have any which was a surprise as we have always have had chilli flake garnish on Pad Thai. Chiang Mai noodles were mushy and the curry not pleasant. The rice we ordered for our daughter tasted old, like it had been cooked in steamer a few hours ago, we visited at 6pm on a Saturday. Edible but not worth a visit in our opinion.More

Superb food served piping hot. Juicy prawns for starters and traditional special Vietnamese curry and rice. Lovely couple who are very obliging and attentative. Plenty of choice to suit all palates. Highly recommended.

Disappointed this time. Just been and missing prawn crackers and also smaller portions yet still 11.20 for small portion of said curry and noodles for takeaway. Normally great. Feel a bit robbed this time. What's happened Minh.dave.

Been here several times and food is always delicious. Tonight I had the duck Vietnamese curry. The ambience of the restaurant is relaxed and lovely setting - the lady who runs this is very friendly and always makes us feel welcome.

Our first visit to this small restaurant and very impressed with it. The owner is a very friendly woman and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent and a reasonable price. Its a very busy restaurant so my advice would be to book on...advance. There's a few parking places outside and across the road. Also it's bring your own booze. I recommend a visit to here and we will definitely be back. Also met a lovely young 93 old lady called Barbara who is a regular there and what a delightful lady she is.More

Second visit. Pleased to say still excellent. Had spare ribs and a spicy shaking lamb. All freshly cooked and plenty to eat. Small friendly restaurant and you can bring your own alcohol. Will be back

This was a last minute find after a long drive north, and what a find. The food was just fantastic, authentic, tasty and plenty of it. This venue allows you to bring your own alcohol, there isn’t any corkage fees so you can bring your...favourite tipple , excellent idea. The staff want you to enjoy their passion of serving great food at affordable prices. There was very little difference in the take out price. Thank you for a great evening - I will be back.More

Great food and service. Friendly and attentive staff. Quality products and good servings. Authentic dishes cooked beautifully. Soft drinks and jasmine tea etc can be bought but no alcohol sold. However you can take your own alcohol as there is no corkage fee.

Fabulous food and very friendly staff ,will certainly visit again, good choice of food and well priced.

We'd recently tried Pho in Birmingham so were looking for further Vietnamese, this little place fit the bill. Small cafe type setting, only two members of staff so with all the takeaways they had we did have to wait for our meals. Food is lovely,...cooked freshly healthy and to perfection, some dishes more authentic than others, all very tasty. Starters mains and deserts for three came to £25 each. It's BYOB arrangement. Nice and small and friendly would recommend wholeheartedly.More

Was looking for something different to pub grub for a family meal and found this on trip advisor. Great little restaurant with good front of house and except food. The Caramel Pork was brilliant, all four of us enjoyed every course and can’t wait to...visit again. 10/10!!More

A truly amazing restaurant and in my opinion the best in the area. The owner and chef and lovely and real characters too. Due to being a BYOB restaurant the food is relatively expensive, but not crazy. It's just a shame it's not open very...often.More
