Three of us stopped in for hot drinks, then stayed for dinner. We chose the Menu Stras for 24€ which is good value for a three course meal. I did not enjoy my Gaspacho, but after tasting it I don't think I would like the dish anyway! I really enjoyed the Vegetarian lasagna with a local twist and topped with... More

The restaurant is serving a good variety of products. It's nothing crazy but the price and the offer are consistent. We advice to go for the speciality or the fishes instead of the common meals you can have anywhere. The staff is really friendly. The room is big and can be a bit noisy, it's something to consider if you... More

We happened upon this restaurant and were not disappointed with our meals. She had truite mreunière whilst he invested in the local fare, Ballotine - chicken breast rolled around a slice of ham with cheese - a delight. The staff were helpful and the food reasonably priced. If you happen to be in the area this popular establishment is well... More

We were a group of 8, so we thought it best to book. This turned out to be a good idea as they became very busy. We sat inside amongst quite grand surroundings. There is also a terrace so you can dine outside. Service was efficient and friendly. We all chose something different. Some had the menu of the day,... More

Had dinner on the terrace. We got a very wobbly table, and the youngest member of staff clearly had no clue how to solve this problem - he gave us a few beermats to solve it ourselves. Fortunately a more experienced waiter spotted the problem (missing shoe on one of the table legs) so we had our meal without any... More

Have eaten here many times, never been disappointed. Menu and suggestions du jour always interesting, good variety from usual Franche Comte fare. I recommend reserving table on busy days, eg Thursday when market is on. Lovely outside terrace with big sun canopy, friendly staff and quick service.

At 1.PM the beautiful dining-room was full. Had to wait 10 mn to be seated. Quick welcome and service but OK. The entrecote steak was thin but very good, served with tasty morel sauce, so were the fries. Many salads were proposed and the desserts looked great but I hadn’t. Good experience.

When in a strange unfermilier city we look for a busy restaurant were the locals go. In this town we were lucky to get the last table at this mega successful eatery. After sizing up the huge menu we invariably go for the 2 / 3 course set lunch at usually between 12 to 15 euros pp. This restaurant ticks... More

Had diner at brasserie and I feel like I cooked a meal at home in a microwave ready to eat M&S bag. Extremely disappointed by frozen chicken an plain white rice. The salad was simple and tasteless. Definitely not worth to go.

The league table of restaurants is once again difficult to interpret in this French town with most of them getting excellent ratings 4-5 stars. This centrally located classical architecture restaurant (?Napoleon III - a mere guess) is full of local French and bustling with atmosphere. Sit inside or out but inside is a treat. Many tables and very high ceilings.... More
