As with all treasured establishments, I crossed everything in the hope that Romanos wouldn't be damaged by the Pandemic. Now, while things are still no more than the 'new' normal, it was a true delight to be at Romanos again.
The old school charm is...still there. Relaxed, but efficient. Staff that know their role and their products. Attentive yet not overbearing. Italian and International cuisines central. Great food.
More than a bistro gastronomically, but less stiff/formal than a silver service restaurant.
