I have been to Bianco's several times (iroically not often enough considering my name) and I have never been disappointed. My girlfriend and I visited on a Monday so the place wasn't crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly and checked up on us regularly and topped up our wine and water glasses every time. Service was excellent (I was surprised at how fast the food arrived) and the food was just superb. My girlfriend had a warm spicy chicken couscous salad which was amazing and my rib eye was cooked to perfection! Charred on the outside and properly medium-rare.
I would definitely recommend and I will be sure to visit again!

Came here for dinner last week. The restaurant is nicely laid out with a welcoming atmosphere and all the staff were friendly, polite and attentive. The menu had a good choice of options. I had the veal Milanese and they certainly did not stint on the meat - three large pieces of breaded veal, which came with a selection of vegetables and potatoes. The main meal plus three glasses of wine came to E30.50 which was good value.

The food was really good and the waiter was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. After travelling in Malta and eating every evening in a different restaurant, I'd say this is the one where I'd come back.
It was a nice evening with our friends before flying back home. Definetely reccomend it!

You may need to call ahead or book online to get a reservation as its always a full restaurant (good sign)
Our greeter was a charming man, cracking jokes and looking after us well and made us feel comfortable. Once he knew my name from the booking he addressed me as Mr then my surname for the night, very personable and charming experience.
Food was very authentic, great portion sizes, brought out in a timely manner. They had a good selection of drinks and a few cocktail specials on offer. At the end they gave us a free digestif (we had a baileys and a lemoncello)
Restaurant was air conditioned and spaced out well, nice music playing to create an atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and good quality food. We had Bruschetta and Olives to start, followed by a pizza and pasta dishes. Excellent portion sizes, So full couldn't finish all of it but wanted to for such tasty food. Would definitely go back. Word to the wise, don't go without a reservation as you may be turned away, restaurant is very popular and deservedly so

We often get a take away from Bianco's. We've tried pizzas and burgers and they're always well packed and make it home safely.😊
Pizza is good, quite a good selection to choose from and I love their burgers too.

This restaurant has been the first one I tried when I moved to Malta almost five years ago. I wasn't vegan at that time but I used to love the dough of the pizza there. Yesterday I got the Bianco's light with the option of vegan mozzarella. Finally I tried a good vegan mozzarella, I generally don't like it when I tried it in other places. What's more, all the ingredients and the veggies are high quality and well grilled, not fried. I truly recommend it. I'll go again soon.
Not to mention that the staff is exceptional. All of the waiters are very kind and make their best to make us happy, fulfilled and satisfied.

A very nice restaurant set near Spinola bay, Saint Julians. I was welcomed with a smile at the entrance by Esmeralda. She recommended me the 'pasta of the day' which was 'seafood spaghetti'. It was delicious, made with some zesty wine sauce and an assortment of fresh seafood (clams, shrimps, squid). I also tried local Malta soft-drink called 'Kinnie'. Esmeralda and her colleague served me well with a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone for good food and good value for money.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on a weekday and we had a perfect evening. This restaurant is not only pet friendly but serves genuine food and the staff is very efficient. Esmeralda welcomed us with a smile and we were well looked-after. The mulled wine was superb! The calzone is a must but so are other dishes such as the seafood pasta and the beef tagliata. Good value for money.

A married couple staying at The Mercure close by in St Julians, we had a discount voucher to eat at Biancos from the hotel.
It was early evening (Soon after 6pm) when we arrived and were shown to a window table where we could watch tourist and traffic and Spinola Bay beyond.
Drinks were quickly delivered, and the local Maltese red was most acceptable, well done to the sommelier. We chose deep fried calamari for starters and pizza for mains; it was all both generous and very tasty.
Afters were both tasty and unlisted - your reviewer can't find the nut covered pot on Bianco's menu, but the ice cream my wife went for was just as appealing.
With the hotel discount voucher, dinner was excellent value. Go here for excellent pies with good service.

Sadly no where near as good as we had hoped for. Arrived to find their air conditioning was barely working so not great as it had been extremely hot and we were looking forward to a cool evening.
We were asked if we would like bread which we said yes to but it didn’t arrive until another waiter asked if we had been offered bread then he brought it straight away.
We shared the bruschetta to start which was very good. My son had the chicken burger and husband the burger both said they were delicious. I had the Dolce pizza which was lovely although couldn’t taste the honey, but I was offered black pepper which I accepted but again it was not delivered so I gave up.
It was ok I doubt I would rush to go back I’m afraid.

Struggled in and around Balluta Bay for vegetarian/vegan meals not pasta or pizza! Came across their menu and thought it made a change. Only the kitchen didn't really get the principles of 'cross contamination' in prepping the food. Open kitchen so diners could see same gloved hands touching meat then salad and every dish coming out of the kitchen. Sadly probably the case for all kitchens! Come on Malta!

Looked at the TA reviews on Bianco's and thought this would be a nice place. We went in on a cold night in March and place was very unwelcoming. Staff were very poor and left us sitting for 15 minutes at a bare table and ZERO welcoming. Looked at the menus and nothing amazing popped out so ordered pizza and pasta. The server never mentions there was a 'specials board' which we would have both ordered from. Drinks arrived and then the food within 2-3 minutes of ordering!! Unfortunately there was not cutlery or napkins on the table so again we had to attract attention. The pizza was bland, all dough and a little undercooked, the pasta was also bland, gloopy and tasteless. The server never came over to ask how the food was or do you want dessert. The restaurant was cold and uninviting and the staff clueless. Needless to say I got the bill and we left with no tips! Maltese restaurants used to be great and waiters very caring and attentive now most staff are non-Maltese and standards are rock bottom! Terrible experience!

A short walk from Hilton hotel we give Bianco's a try for lunch and we were not disappointed.
We ordered a pizza and Calzone which I referred as flipped over pizza. Both dish was fantastic and even though the portion was big it was so delicious we could not allow any to go to waste. The meat was tender and the pizza dough was crispy.

With so many restaurants offering Pizza and Pasta, it can be difficult to select a restaurant may present the best example of these dishes.
With a combination of a personal recommendation and the trip advisor positive reviews, we decided to choose Bianco’s. Although it is not my favourite location in St Julian’s, once inside the restaurant, you feel quite isolated from the outside.
The service was lovely and the restaurant was completely packed. Looking across at other tables, the pizzas looked fantastic and we all decided to try one.
The verdict was that their pizza were simply amazing. Well seasoned, light, very thin dough, topped with very fresh, tasty ingredients. Perfect. We also noticed the table next to us had ordered a burger and it look both impressive and significant. Certainly we noticed a lot of happy nodding whilst they were eating it!
We will definitely definitely return

The food was very good. The culinary experience may not warrant 5 stars, but it was 5 stars in its' price range. The pizza dough was especially impressive. Both the duck and the chicken was tender and not dry. The chips were not freshly cut potatoes, but they were cooked just right. The veal ragout may have been on the salty side. But all in all: good stuff and very good value for money. Service was good and professional.
