My husband and I ate at Barracuda on a Monday night in early June. We had a pleasant evening and would recommend it to others, but with some caveats... The positives include: - we were shown quickly to a lovely table overlooking the water. Beautiful...More

I had a perfect dinner at Barracuda going for the Degustation menu. It contained five courses and an amuse Boucher. The first course was a prawns tartare on fresh algae. This combination was perfect as the texture was soft on the one hand (tartare) and...More

We spent our last evening in Malta going for dinner at Barracuda. As suggested we booked a terrace table, giving a great view over St Julien's bay and enabling you to watch the sun go down. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was...More

A great location, however, they did not or could not pan sear the pan seared scallops. They did not or could not brulee the creme brulee. They were not interested in receiving feedback.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful setting. Very nice menu Staff very helpful Crustacean platter was amazing. Prices on the higher end but definitely worth a visit for a special night out.

We went here to celebrate our anniversary - there was a private function on so we were seated out the front of the restaurant (not as nice as being inside however the views over the bay are still good). The location of the restaurant is...More

This review fails to give 5* because although the food was superb, setting stunning, a table on the little balcony overlooking the bay memorable the staff were dreadful. The greeting was through gritted teeth. It was agreed we could be seated but had the feeling...More

How could your public relations manager have the audacity to lie in response to my review? We were not offered a replacement meal, we were not offered a complimentary drink and when I asked for the manager (having hardly touched my so called filleted mullet which was actually a plate of mushy seabass full of bones), I was told by the waitress he did not want to speak to me. Yes we got a ten percent discount on the bill (not requested) but I should not have been served this at all. Further if your manager clearly recalled my visit he would have known that I was a female.

This is not a question about the Barracuda restaurant but appears to be about a specific incident experienced by a patron. All I can say is that my experience at Barracuda has always been positive.

Sorry but you have sent your response/frustration to one of the visitors/reviewers and not to the restaurant itself. You need to go back on the site and see how you send the message to them as I am just like you - a diner.
