I visited with friends and family. Very nostalgic, vintage dining. It was a fabulous experience. Staff were lovely. Great food and fantastic value for money. It was very busy so I would recommend booking. Will be returning soon. I loved it.

The food at the Charcoal never lets you down, well prepared and good value for money. The place has changed very little over the last 20 years but is still a great place for a meal.

Business has closed unfortunately. I do not know if someone will take it over. They served English food at fair prices and had a regular clientele. I will miss it, was in twice a week for lunch.
