My Fiancé and I stayed in Spa over the grand prix weekend. Whilst we didn't go out the Saturday or Sunday we visited Le Sarani on the Monday evening on the basis of the broad menu choice. The waiting staff were welcoming, helpful and quick with their service. They also assisted us with our broken French (menu choices in English... More

No reservation made, welcomed by well willing staff, who even tried some Dutch for us. Food was well prepared and tasty. It was well worth to visit for a relatively small price. No complaints.

We got a Croque-madame and some 'boulettes liegeoises' as a quick lunch. It was very tasty and also huge (especially the croque madame). All of this with drinks for only 30eur. We ll go back there again! Friendly staff too!

Ended up diving in here to escape a sudden downfall of torrential rain after a visit to 'Thermes de Spa' - and the final result was a blessing in disguise, we were looking to eat somewhere and fate brought us here. Good menu with a varied and decent choice, but I decided to stay safe and opted for a cheeseburger... More

The first rochefort was cold, the second warm. The gambas weren't fresh and the duck was dry and difficult to chew.. Don't go there besides for a drink.

A friend and I were staying at the nearby Radisson Balmoral hotel and dined there on our first night. The food at Le Sarani equalled the hotel in every respect! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal - the lamb was just perfect - the service was friendly and the ambiance warm and comfortable. Top marks.

We stopped in Spa for lunch and felt very happy to have eaten here. The menu wasn't too big, so you know that what they are cooking is cooked from scratch, we had chicken & duck pasta with truffle oil & lamb fillet in a raspberry jus with dauphinoise & salad. Both dishes were extremely tasty, service was good and... More

This restaurant is what it is - a normal Belgian brasserie selling good Belgian fare. Reasonable food, reasonable price, good location in the centre of Spa. Try the boulettes in the liegoise sauce - they're quite specific to this region, and quite different to the normal boulettes in tomato sauce - a little sweet (that's the honey in the sauce),... We went here for a late lunch, the menu was quite limited but easy to understand. Service was quick. Food was tasty although portions were quite small compared to the price
