We visited as a group of 4 today at lunchtime. A very disappointing visit, and a let down for a friend’s birthday. There were 3 teenage girls serving behind the bar, and not one of them knew what drinks they had to offer. It took...More

We visited with friends on a Friday evening. It was busy but the service was good. The "pub" food was tasty and enjoyable and served hot - they were certainly not microwaved meals. The meals for the four of us didn't arrive together but that...More

Finished our circular dog walk here at the Clifford. As we live at Farley Corner, it’s become one of our locals. Always a pleasant atmosphere and the bar staff are all smiles and mostly chatty. Ended up eating here and it was really good. Pub...More

We could not find any fault for lovely fresh food at a reasonable price. Everything clean and tidy and all pleasant young staff. I personally would put background music on in restaurant as lacked a little atmosphere and would love to give a slap of...More

Recently moved into the area. This is a nice friendly village pub that welcomes everyone. Old traditional style, but does a good selection of food, good quality and good service.

Yes we do - for small gatherings of up to 40 people seated, or perhaps 50 if a standing buffet. If you would like to e-mail us from the link on this site I could send you more information.
