Visited late October 2016. Place was buzzing, great atmosphere and very cosey. Dined with husband & daughter. Had smoked fish trio, smoked meat trio & crab special for starter - all great dishes and good portions. Had small fish & chips for main course, again good sized portion. Excellent food. Excellent friendly, welcoming service. Excellent value for money.

Great food and very family friendly. The kids can have a run about outside if the weather permits. Bit of a struggle to get to if you are not staying in Craobh Haven but well worth the effort.

Stopped for a quick drink and enjoyed a bowl of seafood chowder and substantial sandwich.Weather was bright so we sat outside to enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is plenty of outdoor seating and also plenty of indoor areas too with a cosy fire. Very pleasant barmaid who made us feel very welcome.

Spacious bar with sea views - dark decor makes it seem a bit cavernous but a warm fire and a very nice welcome. Child friendly. Seafood, burgers and meat menu with options for kids. The fish and chips was great, mussels were good though not quite hot enough the night we were there but the hot langoustines were incredible. Very... More

8 of us - 4 kids - ate here this week. Brilliant menu and we all loved the food. Mussels overflowing, langoustines, scallops - all absolutely delicious! Service slick as. A cracking find - will definitely be back.

Casual bar and restaurant with friendly staff and excellent pub quality food; plenty of local seafood and the squat lobster is a must, if it is on the menu. The dog is welcome too in the bar area and there are plenty of seats with good views or a big screen TV if you are having withdrawal or want to... More

Walked across from Galley of Lorne in the afternoon, sat and had a GnT. Went back later in car for an evening meal. Great service, made to feel very welcome. Interior decor is spot on as was heating system. Would recommend a visit .

Other than the music...from the duet that played... being too loud...the food, when it finally came was very nice! I had scallops and they were lovely! The fish chowder was the best I think I've ever, had! This visit was much better than the last...because of new owners. The only problem was that it took so long to get the... More

Decent pub food. There were some highs and some lows, but worth another visit. The live music was a bit loud, and not very good if I were to be honest, and I heard later that there were several complaints in that regard and that it was the first time this particular gentleman had played there. This is a beautiful... More
