I last reviewed this restaurant in October 2022 and have had many good meals from there since but last night’s food was atrocious. The only differences I can think of is a) they’ve got a new chef who’s diabolical or b) they use a different...chef on a Thursday night. We usually buy from here at the weekend. My husband’s who always has the same meal a lamb saag - said if he was blindfolded he wouldn’t recognise what he was eating. I had the special biriani which was just tasteless. Most of our meals went into the bin - a complete waste of time and money. I’ll have to find a new favourite Indian restaurant.More

Heard good things about this place from friends, decided to try it out with my family. We ordered lamb balti, egg rice, chicken tikka kebab with garlic nan, spicy chips. What a delight this was lamb was tender and soft, flavours of the balti is...wow. The chicken tikka kebab was the best I’ve ever tried, the spicy chips is at a good spice level, they’ve got some heat but not boiling - good taste and flavour to them. 10/10 would recommend to anybody!More

Tbh it’s the only Indian Restaurant I can rely on atm. Curries are what you order - medium are medium. Mild are mild. Chicken is quality poultry not a frozen warehouse bagful. Lamb is always tender and tasty. Prawns are small unless of course you...ask for King prawn - which are expensive everywhere. I tend to mix and what what we want. Hubby usually wants a lamb saag or similar. Last time I had a medium chicken curry. I used to love a dhansak but over the years it’s become to spicy for me. I havent had food from here for a while, so fancied a curry so I decied to order a delivery. My go to from here is a lamb tikka vindaloo, tarka dhal, keema chilli rice and a paratha. The vindaloo is one of the best...I have had for a long time, the lamb pieces were moist and tender and the vindaloo sauce was full in flavour with a lot of depth. The keema chilli rice was top drawer, the keema was tender and full of flavour and the rice was cooked perfectly. The tarka dhal can be watery, this one was thick and full of flavour and dare I say the best I have had for years. The meal has been the best Indian meal I have had from you guys and for years, better than some I have had in restaurants. Keep with with your great work. Ordered a Shashlik was beautiful full of flavour plenty of chicken and herbs. customer service was friendly and timing was quick.

We will never order from this place again. We made an order to which my husband went to collect and the owner/cook thought it was OK to comment on my appearance, my husband replied not to speak about me in that way to which when...he left the shop they all were laughing and giggling. Order was accepted by the restaurant at 5:52pm.food delivered at 8:55 pm after being told it was out for delivery twice.is 3 hours acceptable????

We have always ordered from this Indian takeaway place and we waited 3 hours for our food and we were told 1 hour and 30 minutes. The service is rubbish, wouldn’t order off them ever again unless you want your food on later arrival.

Absolutely horrific tonight. Told 1 hour waited 2 hours and man was disgusting on the phone and hung up on us. Our food was cold on arrival never again!!

Food and service normally great but quality check of food leaving must be non existent recently as missing food items in last few orders! Used e-mail address to try and sort but no response whatsoever!
