This is specious place with the best steak ever. You can try wine before you buy it (kiper will recommend wine specially for food what you order) . I recommend it.

This is actually wine shop, or rather wine warehouse, which turns into restaurant only during weekends. From outside the place looks terrible – but inside, the shelves full of bottles of wine are really impressive. The menu of restaurant is short: they serve mainly steaks...made of Polish or Argentinian beef, however you can also get a fish there. We’ve started from empanadas and selection of appetizers (hummus, olives, beef teriyaki, shrimps, etc.). It’s been really good choice – the appetizers have disappeared from the plates within couple of minutes  Honestly speaking I’ve had serious doubts concerning steaks served at WD. I visited the place some years ago and at that time I was served disgusting piece of meat, which was called “Argentinian style steak”. I remember I was really sorry for Argentinians – if I were to eat such stuff every day I would just emigrate!  This time however the meat (Polish entrecote and fillet steaks) we were served was just great! There was no single critical comment from the people at the table – everybody was extremely satisfied. The meat was tender, juicy, grilled to perfection. With a bottle of Malbec it was just amazingly tasty! The service was attentive and efficient. I don’t like the idea of “corckage fee” (20zl) in wine bars – but well, nothing is perfect. The place may not look that charming from the outside, especially in winter but inside is a real gemstone. Right when you walk in you transfer yourself into the world of wine and great food made on a specially designed argentinian grill. The owner came...from Argentina to Poland couple of years ago. There is a whole warehouse of wine to select from. In terms of food - when I first got there I ordered chef's recommendation steak with gorgonzola sauce. We have been there many times and every time we have enjoyed the food, atmosphere and great service. By mile this is best steak you can have and it is only 30-35min away from Warsaw centre. Wines mainly from South America are fantastic. Look out...for Cuban and Rock, or Salsa, nights with live music. Great service and fantastic owners striving to get better. There is room for children to play or when it gets warmer they could play outside in the cosy garden. This our favourite family restaurant where we know that we can always good food, time and relax. friendly atmosphere, but the food could be better: I would expect the big membranes to be removed from the meat before cooking, I hate heavy chewing of meat - but they were not removed. Although the meat supposed to be grilled, there was no brown...finish of the surface, just plain gray, so not very tasty. Baked potatoes looked not to crispy at all, like they waited for us for too long. the price per person was 100 PLN (no alcohol counted) so I would rate it as too high for the average quality.More
