Enjoyed a lovely lunch here today. Sat outside in the sunshine. The home-made Quiches are superb and the service was excellent. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks.

Called in during Covid restrictions and felt very safe. Not was great with salad and crisps. Bacon and chicken salad was superb! Kept finding things in bowl, olives, melon, orange, lots of chicken and bacon. Lovely friendly organised staff. Definitely recommend

Pretty cafe on the main road in Longridge. Has a certain charm as it is the old station and platform. The menu was limited and I suppose this will be blamed on covid but not sure why this would affect the menu. The choices were...on boards attached to the wall. I thought it was a bit cheeky to charge a £1 extra for salad with your sandwich. I ordered a bacon barm which arrived exactly that, no dressing just a barm cake cut in half with bacon in. Not very appealing but tasted fine but overpriced. Would not go backMore

Hi I think you have misunderstood the menu. The extra £1 was for a full salad filling a large plate with a salad of lettuce tomatoes cucumber ,peppers, onion, grapes orange water melon , coleslaw and couscous along side what ever choice of meat or fish. The...More

I called in for a coffee and a look around the lovely visitor centre. Staff were polite and helpful and service was prompt. I didn’t eat on this occasion but the items in the specials board looked very tempting.

Can thoroughly recommend The Old Station Café for an excellent freshly cooked breakfast. The ingredients are locally sourced and included in the price is Atkinson’s Coffee which makes for a superb breakfast. It is good value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful....The place is v well run and plenty of staff on hand. I often bring/commend visitors to indulge in a breakfast here and always come away well pleased. I much prefer this establishment to many others in our area. A lovely ambience - light and airy too!More

Great food and location, bit expensive however now tried won't be going back. Waited almost an hour for sandwich and salad and the cafe wasn't full. Friendly staff maybe needed extra person in kitchen to help.

My experience here was spoiled by being scalded with burning hot tea when the young waitress poured it over my hand, shirt and leg! She then said Oh sorry and walked off!! I rushed up to the counter to find cold water and was then...helped by another member of staff to treat the burns. No apology and no free cup of tea to compensate for my half empty, cool pot. Shirt is still stained. ALL cafe staff should be able to quickly treat scalds. Food I had was fine but quite expensive for a sandwich. Won’t be going back.More

I`m really sorry about your experience on Saturday - I didn`t realise it was a member of my staff that did it, you didn`t make it clear when I gave you a sachet of cooling gel for your hand . I`ll make sure the young...More
