A group of eight of us went for a celebratory meal. From the moment we walked through the door to the end of the night everything was exemplary. The warm welcome from the landlord Richard, excellent local ales from Wye Valley was followed by a...truly excellent meal. A variety of main courses were served, including perfectly cooked Sirloin steaks, a Lamb Shank to die for a superb Vegetarian Curry, all prepared wonderfully by Steve the very experienced chef. Desserts including Sticky Toffee Cake, Blueberry Roulade and Profiteroles followed and again everyone was absolutely delighted with their offerings. All through the meal we were served by two delightful young ladies Janet and Annabelle. Thoroughly recommendMore
Warm welcome, great selection of drinks and delicious food. Reasonably priced and fantastic quality. Friendly staff that are attentive and efficient. Good choice of food on the menu. We didn't have to wait too long and it's all cooked fresh to order. Highly recommended 👌
Our family group of eight visited on a Saturday afternoon hoping to be in time for a late lunch (we would have been content with a sandwich). Despite the fact that the staff were preparing for an evening function they found time to accommodate us...and provided some absolutely delicious meals off the lunch menu. I had Scampi & Chips, which was beautiful, and we all agreed that the chips were some of the best we'd tried anywhere! Crispy, golden and cooked to perfection! If you're in the Bromyard area then you've simply got to visit The Three Horseshoes Pub!More
Was recommended this pubs by our air bnb host. I don’t usually leave reviews but oh my world… what a recommendation! My boyfriend had the steak with all the trimmings - it came with so much food and every but was delicious. I order the...seafood pad Thai - good sized portion, delicious, fresh & such a generous helping of seafood… The young man behind the bar was lovely really nude and friendly - we paid £57 for 2 meals a coke & 4 pints (I thought this was good value for money considering the food was as good as it was)? The place was also spotlessly clean… The best part was my dog was able to join us and she was so good. Even though we are from so far away we will Deffo be back - amazing food, service & stunning pubs.More
We had a 2 night stay with Jamie and the team, they were very welcoming and accommodating for us. Breakfast was excellent and Saturday afternoon we had dinner with friends (table of 6). It was one of the best meals out we have all had...together in a long time! Value for money, tasty and all home cooked. I would highly recommend a visit :)More
Disability Discrimination. It is a shame to have to leave such a negative review for a place that does good food and so many people seem to like. However, this past Saturday, the 22nd of July, I came to your inn with my family including...my elderly Grandma, who is deaf and has been her entire life, and who has a hearing dog. Unfortunately, as a result of her disability, she was discriminated against in your premises. Our party had phoned in advance for a table so there was absolutely room for us but we were denied entry into the main part of the restaurant by the man at the bar and told to sit in the bar area because of the dog - an assistance dog (who was wearing his working coat and had full identification as a hearing dog) . As we pointed out at the time, disability, and therefore any equipment a person with a disability needs to help them access the things around them, is protected under British law by the equality act. The equality act makes"It is illegal for any service provider to deny entry to someone with a disability because of any equipment they may need as a result of this disability". An assistance dog, for example, a hearing dog, guide dog or medical alert dog, is included as equipment under this law. Given that your staff clearly need a refresher on the law I would recommend providing them with information, such as from sights like assistancedogs.org.uk or simply googling the equality act and assistance dogs - plenty of information about your obligations to uphold this law and further information is readily avaliable. The man at that bar, and other staff members, refused to listen and my grandparents, as mild mannered as they are, sat in the bar area eventually. This was really bad for my grandma because people walking to and from the bar created a lot of background noise that further impacted her ability to hear. Additionally, we were required to sit on a table with pew-like bench seats, unlike the normal dinning chairs in the main part of the restaurant, which were extremely difficult for my elderly grandparents to sit at and get up from - a problem that would not have existed had we not been discriminated against and allow to sit in the main part of the restaurant at a table we had already reserved. However, what added to the situation is my grandparents have come to your inn before, and sat in the restaurant and treated exactly that same as every other customer with my grandma's hearing dog with them on previous occasions. Why this time it was an issue I cannot understand. Either you have fallen short in neglecting the training of your staff, and therfore please refer to the above information about finding further information on the law, equality act and how to obey this in a business setting. Or you willful decided to discriminate against my grandmother in full knowledge of the law, which is utterly disgraceful. If we so chose we would have the full backing of the law to peruse litigation. Please ensure your staff are retrained in their understanding of the equality act so that no one else suffers the discrimination wrought against my grandmother on your premises. Thank you.More
We had Sunday lunch for a party of 15 and it was amazing! The food was fresh, tasty and pleased everyone. I had profiteroles and they were the best I’ve ever had (trust me I’ve tried quite a lot!). Great service from the staff and...the gardens were beautiful. Thank you so much for making this a memorable meal, everyone spoke very highly of our visit and we would definitely recommend youMore

Popped here for the first time yesterday and we had a lovely meal. Friendly staff who were on hand for any requests. Service was quick and my meal was excellent, full of flavour and a generous portion. Not too busy but busy enough to give...atmosphere. Plenty of choice on the menu and two plant based options as well. I shall definately be coming back. Happy to highly recommend.More
Recommend by The Paddocks @ Brooklands. This lovely country pub is super friendly! Excellent service with a smile. Fantastic burger & fish platter followed by a superb apple crumble & ice cream. Very happy visitors! Thank you all :)
My colleagues brought me here for a farewell meal. The pub garden is very beautiful and a lovely place to sit on a summer's evening. The staff were friendly, helpful, and engaging. The food was good pub food.
I visited this pub yesterday with my family for a big family meal, I have both coeliac disease and I am lactose intolerant which often makes eating out a worrying experience. The staff at The Three Horseshoes were fantastic at catering to dietary requirements, there...was a huge choice for both gluten and dairy free I had the quinoa stuffed aubergine bake which was delicious. When it came to desert the staff were incredibly accommodating to my needs and made me dairy free ice cream and fruit. Throughout the meal the staff also ensured my food was ok for me and regularly checked with the chefs if they were unsure on any ingredients. I left the meal feeling confident I wouldn't feel unwell after the food I ate and I was right.More
