Met a friend at one pub which turned out to be closed so went to the Three Horseshoes instead. As well as the usual comprehensive menu, we had a choice between two main courses and two desserts for a fixed price and very good value. Both main courses and desserts were medium-sized and really delicious. Excellent service, must go back very soon to try the Sunday carvery which looks to be very good value too. All five stars well-deserved!

What a gem in the middle of beautiful Herefordshire countryside . The Three Horseshoes has recently changed hands and it was our first time off going since the previous excellent owners and we were very happy that it was just as good . The service was friendly , helpful and nothing was too much trouble , The menu was excellent with choice for all and well thought through. The food was completely spot on full off flavour and cooked ,presented clearly by a competent chef and team and very reasonably priced. We sat outside in the fantastic garden which on a sunny day is a joy to view. I will recommend to all our family and friends and a lovely, relaxing place to eat, drink and unwind ...

We spent the weekend staying woth family in the area and ate out in the pub on both nights. The first night on the full menu. There was a great selection of meals all with locally sourced ingredients, they were all great sized portions and reasonably priced. The Saturday night was a pizza night as a new pizza oven had been installed in the pub by the new owners. The pizza were a thin authentic base, and for £10 eat in it was a cheese pizza with two extra toppings, which I found very good value. We also sampled the hole made puddings which were delicious. The staff were very welcoming and the pub provided a cozy homely feel. It was very clean and had been freshly decorated by the new owners and had all the necessary precautions. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Hereford area.

A real gem of a country pub. Our first visit. Warm and welcoming with a log burner in the bar. Three Wye Valley beers on tap in very good condition. The barman is a member of the family which owns the pub. He is friendly in his welcome and knowledgeable in the service he provides. We enjoyed two very good home cooked meals which were presented well and represented real value for money. Will certainly be returning. Open Thursday to Sunday.

We had a lovely evening and meal here. We were staying at an air bnb close by and this was the nearest place for miles. The staff were friendly and, despite it being a pub which is clearly a “local” in a rural area, we were never made to feel like outsiders, it was a warm friendly atmosphere. The food was tasty and well cooked and portions were generous, even had to ask for a doggy bag to take the leftovers home which again, they were happy to accommodate. We had a pleasant experience here and in no doubt that if we were to visit this area again, would have no qualms about using this local.

I visited this pub yesterday with my family for a big family meal, I have both coeliac disease and I am lactose intolerant which often makes eating out a worrying experience. The staff at The Three Horseshoes were fantastic at catering to dietary requirements, there was a huge choice for both gluten and dairy free I had the quinoa stuffed aubergine bake which was delicious. When it came to desert the staff were incredibly accommodating to my needs and made me dairy free ice cream and fruit. Throughout the meal the staff also ensured my food was ok for me and regularly checked with the chefs if they were unsure on any ingredients. I left the meal feeling confident I wouldn't feel unwell after the food I ate and I was right.

We were staying in a holiday cottage 20 minutes walk away and ate here twice. The pub has a nice atmosphere, excellent varied menu and quality home cooked food. On a Friday they serve their own wood fired pizzas which I can confirm are lovely. I can also recommend the steak and ale pie. Lovely friendly staff as well.

We were staying in a holiday rental less than 5 mins walk away. The food is fabulous but what makes it even better is the staff - the guy behind the bar and the chef couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful Sunday lunch carvery. Lovely pub with a great welcome, dog friendly. We enjoyed a delicious roast and home made desserts, “the best treacle sponge I have ever eaten”

A very nice, very friendly place. Clean inside and out, Great garden. We had lunch one day where the Ploughman's lunch was amazing. Returned for an evening meal next evening and it was reasonably priced with very tasty salmon, hubby had Spanish chicken which was a party on the tounge.

Our family group of eight visited on a Saturday afternoon hoping to be in time for a late lunch (we would have been content with a sandwich). Despite the fact that the staff were preparing for an evening function they found time to accommodate us and provided some absolutely delicious meals off the lunch menu. I had Scampi & Chips, which was beautiful, and we all agreed that the chips were some of the best we'd tried anywhere! Crispy, golden and cooked to perfection! If you're in the Bromyard area then you've simply got to visit The Three Horseshoes Pub!

I came in today for a Sunday carvery and I wasn’t disappointed! Everything was cooked to perfection, I had plenty on my plate and even had room in my full belly to squeeze in a little (big) bread and butter pudding with ice cream. Would recommend anyone to go there. It’s nicely tucked away off the main road. Has a beautiful log fire burning when you walk in so you’re feel nice and cosy. And the front of house staff are lovely. Kevin working on the bar has a very friendly smile and is on the ball to make sure your glass is always full! Can’t wait to go back again!

A group of eight of us went for a celebratory meal. From the moment we walked through the door to the end of the night everything was exemplary. The warm welcome from the landlord Richard, excellent local ales from Wye Valley was followed by a truly excellent meal. A variety of main courses were served, including perfectly cooked Sirloin steaks, a Lamb Shank to die for a superb Vegetarian Curry, all prepared wonderfully by Steve the very experienced chef. Desserts including Sticky Toffee Cake, Blueberry Roulade and Profiteroles followed and again everyone was absolutely delighted with their offerings. All through the meal we were served by two delightful young ladies Janet and Annabelle. Thoroughly recommend

Many thanks to Jan, Richard and staff. Our meal this evening was possibly, no definitely, the best pub restaurant meal I have had in many a year. The Ham hock terrine was simply gorgeous, as was the main course steak and chicken dishes. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone in the vicinity. Well done to all.
