Whilst up on business myself and friend visited the restaurant on a Wednesday night. Staff were friendly and we chose the set menu for 2, which was lovely and freshly prepared. I am not a great Thai lover, but all the meals were lovely and...freshly cooked for us. Enough for the 2 of us and good value at £24.95 each for 3 courses and coffee or ice cream.More

The food looks very nice, Vega weren’t cooked properly. Thai green had cucumber in it! Started were very tasteless unfortunately

Ordered takeaway for the first time tonight but sadly very underwhelmed. The food wasn't cheap & small portions which would be acceptable if food was lovely but sadly it wasn't. I only live a few minutes away by car yet all the food was cold....Some of the mixed starters looked burned like they had been reheated. The potato chips are apparently hand cut local potatoes but they were soggy cold fries clearly not hand cut. I had a gift voucher for a birthday so used this in part payment which I'm glad as I would of been really unhappy if I had paid over £40 for average food. I had high expectations of this place as its not a takeaway its a restaurant but certainly won't be ordering again.More

Husband and I went to Dokmali last night and the gentlemen who was front of house was lovely he was very welcoming and helpful. We had the mixed starter which was delicious the fish cakes were especially tasty. For mains my husband had the duck...rendang and I had the beef pad ka poa. Both were extremely tasty and the portion size was perfect. This place was definitely authentic and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend and can't wait to go again.More

Ordered a take away from here last night, was told it will be an hour. It came 2 hours later after 3 phone calls being told it was on its way. Was barely warm and cost £60 for 4 of us with only one starter...between us. Well overpriced and terrible service. No apology given on late delivery.More

Food arrived quickly and hot. Squid starter was really nice, my husband likes spicy food and enjoyed his pork Pad Ka Pao. My chicken Pla Muk Tod was super tasty. Size of portions just right for a treat when you are hungry. Already looking forward...to next meal from Dokmali😋More

Just had a takeaway delivered which was an hour late. The food was tepid and had obviously been standing for ages. A total waste of money.

Regularly eat here - friendly staff and tasty food. The Thai green curry is perfect. Good choice of food and reasonably priced

Have visited several times and ordered the take away menu on many occasions too, the food is always authentic,and tasty, I,ve been to Thailand so can confirm that with confidence, and the service is always friendly and courteous as well, its such a shame that...people can leave bad reviews and complain about the costs? if you think its too expensive just eat elsewhere, surely you have that choice . anyway to conclude if you like good authentic Thai food try this quaint little restaurant I think its first class! Tom Yum King Prawn Soup (£7 ouch! given poor quality) was watery, hot but lacked spicy flavors, main courses lacked flavor, couldn't taste tamarind, garlic, poor. Decor looked cheap tack, presentation needs thought. overall a disappointing experience and one wonders how real the rave reviews...are of this place or if folk who wrote them travel much. Won't be returning despite the excellent service, front end staff were very attentive.More

Visit this place on a regular basis and the food is always good quality and authentic taste. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are average for this quality of restaurant.

I eat here fairly often. Always have a great meal with excellent service. I’d highly recommend this place for a nice authentic Thai meal.
