Had lovely lunch here, very reasobable prices, and good service, despite super hot sunny busy Saturday trade. Lovely lunches, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Stopped off for a well earned pint whilst out walking. The pub has it's own micro brewery so it would have been rude not to try one of their own products. Nice relaxing atmosphere on the green with a decent pint of beer

Crab sarnies with no garnish, no sauces, no additions to the plate. Frankly, it didn't need anything else. The crab sang! Such a brave move to do that and I completely understand it. A great and memorable lunch; just the ticket!

As far as I am aware this is a small pub with a micro brewery and I do not think it has accommodation to let. Hope this helps

Not personally done the walk but spoke to customer at The Ship Inn who regularly walked his dogs along the shore from Beadnell. I didn't get the impression it was more than a three or four miles in distance. If fit and able... More
