The lady who served us was polite and enthusiastic. Also very knowledgeable . She really looked after us and helped us with the menu

Delectable Indian cuisine.

Fantastic meal, we had the specials(fish bondha and a Daal Gosht) as well as a prawn curry and lamb stew, all delicious. Koinonia have consistently cooked excellent, tender lamb every time we've visited. It's also worth acknowledging the joy of the opportunity to eat Indian...cuisine that isn't just Tikka masala and pilau rice. We were here for our anniversary and we picked well, will return.More

Koinonia - amazing!

Food is absolutely gorgeous! Attentive and friendly staff, who take the time to explain what ingredients are used and where the food originates from. Amazing!

Best indian food in the midland

Wonderful place

Excellent find

We are staying in Newark the night on our way north for a family event & popped in here for a meal. The staff were very welcoming & attentive, more over, the food was delicious. My husband had the special which he thoroughly enjoyed &...I had rice & the lamb chop starter as my main, lovely!! In fact it is so lovely that we will probably stop off for lunch Sunday on the way back, it's that good.More

Wonderful meal

We love eating here always friendly staff very helpful with meal choice and dietary needs. We ate tonight as a couple but have also been with our family and large group of friends perfect for any occasion.
