This lost restaurant in the heart of the Gâtine is definitely worth a visit. But be careful, do not go without having booked before because it always displays full. And for good reason, you can eat exceptionally at the prices charged, the full menu does not exceed 33€, with various dishes, a choice of four starters then four courses, and four original and hearty desserts. The cuisine is refined and tasty.
The room is warm, modest in size with about thirty covers, which makes it intimate and the service provided by the boss is both simple but effective, fast and attentive.

This restaurant has a standard by which we judge other restaurants ! We eat here with friends once a month and it always the "go-to" place with family and friends when they visit - and they always agree with us there could not be a better place to go. The food is locally sourced where possible, cooked to perfection and the presentation is like a work of art, every time. We cannot find enough superlatives to highly recommend this restaurant !

There were three of us, my wife and a friend
Very expensive.
We have very good lunch and as it was also for a wedding anniversary, table with rose petals and small candle 🕯️ added to dessert.
Little extras that make great pleasures.

As an Englishman, one associates France with good food. This place doesn't do good food, it does Good Food - there are few places can match the quality and value for money. Come to think of it, I can't recall ever encountering its equal in quality without a sphincter-compressing bill, although I can recall encountering bills like that without the quality. I cannot recommend this place enough - and be generous with your tip, we need them to prosper!

This place is an absolute gem, we go as often as we can for lunch or dinner, as a couple or with friends. The owners Hazel and Richard are wonderful hosts and the atmosphere is just right, very, very high quality food but no stuffiness or lack of atmosphere. It's a small restaurant, intimate but very friendly and convivial. We've never had a bad meal here, we feel very lucky to have this close by. Very good value for money too. I'd give more than five stars if I could!

Have been to La Petite Noisette numerous times over the years and it has never failed to impress. The service is first rate, the value remarkable and the food is absolutely fabulous.
We always take our friends and family for a meal here when they come over to visit us and, without exception, they have always been extremely impressed. My sister actually said it was the best meal she'd ever had in a restaurant (and she eats out a lot) and she couldn't believe what good vale it was.
My husband & I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone - and we frequently do.

This is a local restaurant to us and we've been many times for lunch and dinner. It is always a superb experience, the food quality is always incredible, the ambience is perfect and the service is always friendly. It's amazing value for money and is well known in the area with people travelling miles to visit. We feel incredibly lucky to have this on our doorstep!

The daughter of an artist, I grew up hearing over and over that creating an exceptional meal is artwork. Not only must the creation be authentic, and tasty, but the presentation must delight the eyes. We eat with sight, smell and taste. Richard does an exceptional job and is a master. Make it a point to visit this small village for an exceptional dining experience.

Just had an absolutely amazing lunch . Saw the good reviews but it even surpassed what I expected. Friendly service and meal was gorgeous. Went for the 3 courses and food fresh, local produce and in season. Enjoyed every mouthful. Massive compliments to the chef!!

Our first visit after many recommendations. The service was friendly and efficient.
The waitress spoke French and English and was charming.
