Sunday lunch at Branded, highly attentive service, nothing too much trouble... steaks , obviously, were excellent, all cooked to perfection. As for the chips... well... Devine! Sunday roast was also delicious.... salt n pepper squid to start was a shareable starter... highly recommend.

Dear Branded customer ... We too were very disappointed when we received a 2 Star rating a couple of months ago. We have always been very proud of our 5 Star rating that has been in place from when we first opened three years ago. The reasons for the drop in rating were all failures in administrative duties and not health/ hygiene issues. A few of our Branded team had let their hygiene certificates lapse (they have to be renewed on a regular basis) and I as the owner had not picked up on this. Also we were a little slow in implementing the new rules regarding the display of allergens on all our menus which came into effect in December 2014. Whilst We are not looking to excuse ourselves on any of these issues we do feel that they were a little harsh on us at the time ... I hope you understand that the administrative back up in a small owner operated business like ours is not as strong as in the big companies who are able to afford an employee specific to the role. All the issues have now been fully remedied and we are just awaiting the return visit from our local environmental health officer to sign off and approve.... At Branded we have an open theatre style kitchen and our chefs are on show and willing to chat to any of our customers and to show that we put best practice first in all matters of health, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times ...
