Having been to Park Grill many times and missing our favourite restaurant being open during these surreal times we decided to ordered a delivery last night via Uber Eats. Wow it was like bringing the restaurant to our own home our favourite meals delivered and served just like the restaurant. We will definitely be ordering again and look forward to you opening again soon. Thank you from Simone at Waitrose

Having been to Park Grill many times in the past and never been disappointed, we decided to order takeaway to collect as a treat for Mother’s Day (restaurants are now closed due to Coronavirus). We ordered two mixed grills and, despite having no rice as they haven’t been able to buy any, the food we received was just as delicious as ever. Well done and thank you Park Grill 👍

I went to Park Grill for lunch, this was the first time I have been inside despite walking past numerous times. The decor was light and modern. I ordered Chicken shish, staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for chips instead of rice, my meal turned up within 10 minutes and the chicken was beautiful, so tender and the marinade was gorgeous with a very generous portion of chunky chips. I also received a side salad which was extremely fresh and warm bread in a basket both of which weren’t shown on the menu but a nice surprise. Would have taken a photo but I’d devoured it before I remembered! Thoroughly recommend Park Grill and will be back.

We went for lunch and were told to look at the menu online after taking 15 minutes to take my drinks order. The online booking gave no description of dishes so I grabbed a clearly on display menu. I sat down to read what was in the authentic dishes to have a waitress snatch the menu from me wagging her finger telling me I was not allowed to touch menus. I asked her how I was supposed to know the meats and contents of the dishes and was thrown an iPad to use. One being touched by all the waitresses. She told me no no no and wagged her finger. I’m 41 and don’t deserve to be treated like a child. I commented she was wearing her mask under her nose which is non compliant and the menus were fully wipable and the iPad not. She was rude and rude and we were made to feel most unwelcome.
When I visited the restroom there was a large bottle of bleach in the doorway and no toilet roll in the holder. We asked for the bil, three times and after 45 minutes received it. When I commented we weren’t paying the service charge as service had been poor and the waitress had now come to the table with her mask under her nose again with a ‘whatever ‘ comment we were less than impressed. I’ve been coming to this restaurant regularly with business clients since it opened, no longer. Food is good but service no good if you have clients to impress. Don’t bring your clients here they are rude it was embarrassing

We have eaten here many times but not in the last year and a half.
Had many great meals here however on our visit this time it was not the case.
We decided to only have a main course each.
I had the calves liver which was meant to come with mixed veg and fries as a side.
The mixed veg never arrived but that wasn’t a big deal .
Chips were ok, liver was cooked to a point where it was grey in the middle and so chewy it made me nearly choke.
Vegetables did arrive but not to my expectations as I expected an assorted of peppers etc. What arrived was a large piece of broccoli, 2 big new potatoes and carrots. Didn’t even try them.
My wife ordered the chicken wrapped in bread expecting to have chicken breast but she had minced chicken.
Other chicken dishes on menu specifically stated minced chicken but my wife’s didn’t .
If she had of known she would not have ordered it. In all fairness, I tasted my wife’s dish and for me it was delicious but should have been described as minced dark and white meat.
As our meal wasn’t as we expected we asked to look at the menu to see the full description and we were told the kitchen was shut even though it was only 8pm but we actually didn’t want to order anything else.
We spoke to the waitress with our concerns and asked to speak to the chef but this never happened.
Subsequently asked for the bill, they charged service charge as a gesture of good will even so more than half of the food was still on our plates.
Would have happily given service charge as our waitress was friendly, obviously embarrassed and the food quality was out of her control.
We will not be going back.

I've eaten here a few times but this was the first time I'd used the delivery service via Uber Eats. It arrived quickly, the food was just as good as when you dine in and the portions extremely generous. I will definitely be using again.

Typical Greek menu. Atmosphere slightly lacking but I will put it down to the pandemic. Very large portions which seemed overwhelming. Steak covered in to much gravy, and very chewy. Nothing special. Saving grace was that they agreed to let us bring our own cake to blow out birthday candles. (Which we didn’t eat there) and didn’t charge for the privilege

We have been to park & grill once before as a couple, the service was OK, but the food was amazing. So, we decided to go back for a family celebration with 7 of us. When we arrived we got shown to our table or should I say tables, they were two seperate tables almost 2 meters apart & when we said can we push them together we were told no. We were there to eat together, we had young children with us it just wasn't going to be a nice meal sitting seperately. We asked several times why we couldnt have the tables together, there were 6 at a table behind us. The lady with red hair was rude, no empathy & clearly didnt care. We called around other restaurants & managed to get a table 10 minutes away in the fabulous Star of India in Cheam. He explained that we were fine to all sit together as we were in our own bubble. When we went to leave we explained why & another lady said wait let me talk to my manager...this was even more frustrating as we had spoken to people several times & they had all said no, so why now we were leaving were they willing to do something. So, if you are going as a big group be prepared, they didn't give us any prior warning about this & also you will need a smart phone with battery to be able to view the menu. We had another family event planned with 15 of us to go there, but will now be going else where. We had said to everyone how amazing the food was, but will now be telling people not to go as the service is terrible, such a shame!!!

We've now been to Park Grill twice and we will gladly continue to return to what is a lovely dining experience.
The service is exceptional, friendly and timed extremely well. Not only that but they remembered not only us but most of what we ordered the first time. They give you space to enjoy food and drink without pressure, they make you aware that you eat at your pace which creates such a nice and laid back ambience.
The food is very good and I recommend trying to get through 3 courses (If you can, they don't skimp on the portions), If you can't, take some baklava home with you.
Their wine selection is very good quality and well thought through in regard to the menu. It is also refreshing so see good quality pilsner on draft.

We cannot recommend the Park Grill highly enough.
The staff are absolutely first class and really know how to look after their guests.
Ali, Onur and Has all remembered us and greeted and treated us like old friends.
We felt so comfortable asking about the menu for recommendations and as always we were helped with enthusiasm.
Service with smile from all of the team and that alone makes it a regular place to eat for us.
We also noticed how attentive and helpful they were with every single diner.
Again thanks so much for your excellent service and delicious food Ali, Onur and Has.
We'll definitely see you again soon.

We popped in for a walk in after a couple of drinks and got lucky as it was packed.
There was a really nice buzz to the restaurant, all seats taken and lovely to see so many groups of people having fun.
I had the asparagus which was really nice and my wife had spinach with halloumi which she said was really nice too.
They were short staffed so to cope with a full restaurant was tough win the waiting staff but they did amazingly well.
A special thank you to Ali and Our who made it really special for us and I guess for many others. They work extremely hard and both of them kept a big smile on their faces! We will definitely be going back there soon.
Thanks again Ali and Onur, you made our evening special :)

This is an amazing restaurant! We had reserved a table for 8, for a family lunch gathering. The staff were great, friendly, approachable & you can tell that they like to make their customers happy. We had a selection of hot & cold sharing starters, which were amazing and generous portions (the bread was to die for). All the mains were amazing too. Generous portions again and extremely tasty. The desserts & coffees finished off a fantastic afternoon. The house wine was lovely too. The staff were great and couldn't do enough to make our visit pleasurable. Looking forward to coming back on an evening visit when they have traditional Belly Dancers. Nice, clean restaurant & the toilets were spotless. Would highly recommend & look forward to going back 👍

I was at Park Grill last Tuesday with my family, as soon as you entered the restaurant you won’t miss the cleanliness, and following the government rules which makes you feel safe. We all had kind of mixed of everything from the menu. Tender meat, delicious sea food and friendly service. Looking forward to visit you again, thank you.

Truly delicious!
Both started with home made hummus and Turkish bread then moved on to chicken and lamb kebabs, along with an extra side salad to share. Ended with baklava and ice cream.
Everything we ate was delicious and so good.
Highly recommend the food at this establishment and we would not hesitate to eat here again. Loved it!
And, to make our time spent here even nicer, the staff are absolutely fabulous. Efficient, hardworking and just so pleasant. Shout out to whoever employed them! Truly an asset to the restaurant.

£10.95 for 2 lunch courses with over half a dozen choices for both starters and mains. Super hummus, so much better and finer than any supermarket version because they’ve gone to the trouble of peeling the chick peas (yes, it’s as fiddly as it sounds).
Tasty minced lamb shish and tender, well marinated, lamb kebabs. Both came with a nicely dressed fresh mixed salad. There was a choice of rice or chips which were actually very nice skinny fries.
We finished with a deep dish creme brûlée (3 courses £12.95). Service was prompt and pleasant in a mostly empty restaurant but it was right after the holidays
