The food here was excellent! How do I know? We live in an area with a strong Vietnamese presence and my wife, being Vietnamese, knows which restaurants to go to for which dishes to get the best one. Within a 5 mile drive of our...More

The food is really good and the prices are good for what you get. I had the Stir-fry chili chicken with lemongrass $13. The meal was very flavorful though a little heavy on the garlic. The photo showed that it came with some scallions and...More

Average tasting food, in Sydney CBD close to Central station. Fast service and pricing is reasonable. You won’t get addicted to this place.

Dropped in for lunch after I was in the City for the boat show. The waiters have ZERO personality or customer service skills.... come on guys, a smile or a hello doesn't go astray. Food was good but the place has absolutely no atmosphere.

I ordered rice with chicken (cơm gà Hải Nam) and it’s mediocre. The chicken pieces are not tasty enough and the rice should be cooked with the chicken broth but they just served me white rice. Probably not gonna try again.

There is no atmosphere but the food is taste, plenty to choose from on the menu, the service was fast and friendly and it is reasonably priced BUT check the bill. We were overcharged and the bill was incorrectly added.

As Sydneysiders, we’ve been to Pho Gia Hoi many times over the years. Our last meal there was, however, very disappointing. I had crispy chicken with egg noodles; the chicken was smaller than what I had in the past, and dry, and the soup was...More
