We visited here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful food. We started with a relaxing drink. There is a variety of seating both indoors and outdoors and can cater to large groups. I had previously been here for a hens day and wanted to come back. We had a pizza and chicken and lamb skewers. Nicely cooked... More

We had a light dinner here! The view is very good. The staff were friendly but it was quiet the night we visited and the staff seemed keen to finish. The food was okay but not great.

We had the best experience on our visit last Friday night. Our waiter was the best, friendly, efficient and he gave us the best seat with a great view. Can't remember his namr sadly. Prices were good and the food amazing. The sweet potato fries are the best we have had. Thanks for a great experience.

Always a good location to catch up with others and relax over a refreshing beer, a chilled glass of wine, or a light snack. Open bar, and a relaxed setting combined with super views across a Darling Harbour amd the water. Perfect for that late afternoon chill out and wind down. Been here many times over the years and will... More

Stopped here for lunch and a wine.Prices are high but the waiter was very accommodating and knew everything that was asked from him.Waited nearly 1 hour for the 4 meals to come out at the same time.............but it was worthwhile.Seating outside or inside with windows open gives an airy feeling to the experience.Fantastic view across the harbour.

Stopped here for a drink & nibbles before a later scheduled restaurant booking elsewhere. Nice open bar set-up with comfy outdoor seating or seating inside at bench bar tables with surprisingly comfortable stool type seating. Great wait staff, quick, efficient & prompt cleanup of plates, glasses etc to prevent clutter, spillage & breakage. Adaptable menu will suit most tastes. We... More

Visited the Port on 2 occasions on a visit to Sydney. We were drawn by the beautiful decor and over look of the water. The staff were very attentive and polite. Liked it so much we went back again and the girl remembered us so nice. Good service. Even on a wet day its lovely just sitting relaxing. Thanks guys

We had an outside table on a lovely evening and enjoyed the beautiful outlook. I ordered a salad, my husband a burger. Both meals arrived quite quickly but I was astonished to see nothing but lettuce on my plate. The salad was supposed to have asparagus, gorgonzola, turnips, beets etc. None of those ingredients were there. I sent it back... More

Staying in Darling Harbour

Neighbourhood Profile
Darling Harbour
The original docklands of Darling Harbour have been transformed into a tourist mecca with entertainment for the whole family. Cockle Bay Wharf offers dining options from budget to upscale and million dollar views of the harbour. Young crowds gather on weekends for nightlife that ranges from salsa clubs to Dj’s. Families can visit the Chinese Gardens of Friendship or the Sydney Aquarium, one of the largest in the world. The Sydney Maritime Museum and the IMAX theatre are also popular attractions. The Harbourside Shopping Centre is a site unto itself, with hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars. On Saturdays in the summer, the city puts on a spectacular fireworks show along the harbour's shore and there are plenty of other free events during the year - Darling Harbour Fiesta, VIVID’s light installations and the Sydney Festival, just to name a few.
