The Moorish Cafe is a tapas style restaurant with the addition of stater and main course options. The tapas menu is extensive, the food delicious and the service tops. My one criticism is that they run out of my favorite dishes too often (the anchovies)!!...More

My husband and I found Moorish just walking by and were not disappointed. We had delicious tapas and the staff were extremely friendly. Great atmosphere - open all day which is unusual in Darwin. We were here at 2:30pm so it was relatively quiet but...More

I was attracted to come here by all the incredible reviews for it, and the experience more than matched up!! Food was without exception, delicious, the sangria was amazing and took me right back to Spain, and the service was friendly throughout. The only thing...More

Unfortunately my experience was nothing but underwhelming. I was really excited to dine here after seeing too many advertisements on TV, and hearing a few positive comments from colleagues. My braised pork had barely any meat on it (not to mention it looked like a...More

Dear foodiejAUS, Thankyou for your critic, but I think you must have us confused with someone else. I rarely advertise and haven't advertised at all this year. Also we do not have a braised pork dish on our menu, and never have, I've also noticed...More

We visited on a Saturday night and it had a great atmosphere and was busy compared to other Darwin restaurants we'd visited. Service was speedy but friendly and helpful. We chose 5 tapas for 2 of us. The sauces the tapas were served with were...More

Brilliant tapas lunch with friends. Great lunch deal $25/head with glass of sangria. Great friendly staff and lovely cold beer.

This is a really good restaurant with an excellent and interesting wine list. The duck shanks were a bit more like duck sinew, but the rest of the dishes were truly excellent. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for tapas in Darwin, this is the place to go. Tapas are reasonably priced and generally quite flavoursome. Service was generally very attentive, although there was a very long gap between our first three tapas and the fourth, all ordered at the...More
