I went there with my mother for mothers day. We had reserved a table but seeing as we stood at the front for ages and no one approached us we sat ourselves at a free booth. After about 5 minutes trying to get the attention of one of the extremely young and extremely bored and oblivious waitresses (why are all... More

Waited an hour and a half to eat on mothers day. Staff totally disorganised and place was chaos. People queuing while tables sat empty. People leaving without having eaten. A total disgrace and whoever was in charge should have been sacked. Never again.

We went here for mothers day lunch, after waiting 20 minutes for the menu - I got up & got one, we kept signalling for the staff to come to serve us but they were like cockroaches when the light goes on (scattering everywhere) eventually they set the table (we had booked), then about 15 minutes later we got served... I love to support local businesses and cafes, but I was extremely disappointed this morning at Mother's Day. Our family wanted to have a nice lunch but instead we had to wait half and hour just to see seated and we even booked the day before! We got served the wrong entre, the entre included 2 spring rolls and cost... More

Had a booking for 8 adults, 2 kids and toddlers. We arrived on time and had a short wait for seating which was fine. After asking twice for our orders to be taken we waited another 20 minutes. Our drinks them took 20-30 minutes to arrive and after 80-90 minutes with no food or communication despite asking, we decided to... More

This is a great local restaurant with some really different menu choices. It was exceptionally quiet for a Friday night, which was unfortunate for both them and us. We chose from the tapas menu and found all of the dishes to be delicious. I especially recommend the kofta. Whilst it was not an inexpensive night, the prices were reasonable and... More

Pam & her wonderful staff hosted an afternoon of champers, tapas, coffee & cake for my 60th birthday yesterday, they went above & beyond to make it a very special celebration. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend using The Nook for a function, so friendly & accommodating. Great food too.

I love going to The Nook for the relaxed atmosphere and great food. Usually it's just for a great breakfast but my husband and I decided to try the tapas dinner menu recently. We ordered three share plates and they were delicious! A little expensive as each plate was between $18-$22 and just had enough for two people. Great for... More

Lovely ambience, open and cool. Breakfast menu was extensive, meal preparation was tops and service was as good as it gets.
