We've been going to Re Del Gelato for several years and their standard has never changed. Service is good and their home made Gelatos and Sorbets are the best anywhere. Definitely a Go To for Gelato.

This is not authentic gelati. Perhaps you may consider it authentic if you think it looks like the air pumped gelati on display in Italy (which is not traditional 'real' gelati - do a food tour in Italy and you'll find out the difference) but for really authentic gelati, La Macelleria at New Farm or Gelalo Cremona at Rosalie are... Only dropped in after dinner for a take-away dessert but was seriously impressed by the range of flavours and the quality of the gelati. I can still remember the taste of the one I tried (turkish delight - sensational!) and would happily try all their flavours (over time of course). Highly recommended.

An "authentic Italian" gelato place run by south-east Asians in Australia - full marks for multiculturalism. While the range and presentation of the gelati look genuine enough, their taste is not. Everything is much sweeter than the Italian fare would be, and what should be light fruit-flavoured water ice is heavy icecream. Only the macadamia-caramel-chocolate icream had enough flavour to... Recently changed management and a fresh outlook on service and customer relationship. Interior has been freshened wit murals and paint. Spotlessly clean! Good variety of gelati and becoming a popular meeting place for locals.

I stopped in here on a stinking hot day because I was almost melting while wandering down Brunswick Street. It's situated in a weird place, surrounded by cafes, pubs and restaurants. The shop front is quite inviting, and there are plenty of flavours to choose from. I tried the Turkish delight and chocolate. The flavours were both quite nice and... More

I came here many times, I only found my favourite flavour once! PISTACHIO! why do you not make it? am I the only one in the world who loves it??? come on! The ice-cream here is delicious, but definitely would be my "must do" if only had pistachio flavour more often!

I didn't know about that place. I found it randomly while walking from the prk to china town. Well....... I went there again at evening and the next day!! Price is good and the ice creams rally taste like Italian. The owner is from Sicily if I am corect and you can see he knows how to make real ice... More

This is the second time I've been to this Gelateria in the arty suburb of New Farm, the last was a year ago. The quality of the Gelato has remained superb. You can have a taste if there's an unusual flavour you'd like to test, and they'll also put a small dollop of a different flavour on top of your... More
