Delicious Vietnamese food, specials change weekly, friendly service, just great. Recommend for a quick and tasty lunch with snack options and larger meals for bigger appetites.

This little gem can be somewhat hard to spot from the street. The food, however, is some of the tastiest takeaway in the city. The venue does have a small amount of dine-in opportunity, however its bulk trade is office worker lunchtime takeaway. An extremely...More

Lots of places are attempting Vietnamese but none quite hit the mark like Saigon! The lemon grass chicken bowl is packed full of flavour, fresh salad and lots of bits and bobs for you to add as your taste buds like. Don't be put off...More

My only complaint about this place is that I don't get there enough. The staff are always friendly and the food is very tasty. The vietnamese pancake is pretty much their signature dish and a wonderful example of vietnamese street food. Do yourself a favor...More

We came across this wonderful little cafe literally in an alley in Brisbane's CBD. A queue of hungry people snaked out of this bustling little cafe as I sat down to eat delicious beef pho while my wife happily chomped on banh mi thit (Vietnamese...More

Saigon Alley Cafe™ is not your ordinary cafe or Vietnamese eatery, but rather an experience for your senses. The aroma from our hot sizzling crepes, lemon grass beef grilling, pho and noodle stock simmering away; this fusion of smell, food aesthetics and the bustling operation of the open kitchen will lead you into believing you are sitting in the little alleyway of Saigon. Our dear beloved ba noi (grandmother) schooled us in the art of cooking authentic generational Vietnamese food, past down from her elders this tradition continues. During our family visits to Saigon we encountered many street and alleyway cafes' serving amazing home cooked meals. Inspired by this with our skills acquired over many years from ba noi we wanted to translate and bring this culinary way of living in Saigon to the streets of Brisbane. Taking advantage of our fresh local produce, Saigon Alley Cafe offers delicious, quick, healthy and affordable meals: ideal for the busy and health conscious customer. Saigon Alley Cafe has ready to eat and made to order options, dine in or takeaway from a variety of healthy options; including handmade rice paper rolls and steamed pork buns or freshly prepared Vietnamese pork rolls. Our cooked selection of broken rice with thin pork chops marinated in earthy spices, vermicelli noodles with lemon grass beef or chicken, our family signature dish "Hot Sizzling Crepe" just to name a few can be tailored to your tastes. Happy eating _... From the team at Saigon Alley Cafe™ I Vietnamese Street Food.
