Great value, and quality, very convenient delivery service, plus it's only curry house in Hobart that hasn't made me crook.

The Thali at Annapurna is a good way to sample a few different curries, naan and rice. The Dosa is great for someone with a big appetite, you won't leave with an empty belly. The mixed platter for 2 as an entrée was cooked to perfection. The Saag Paneer in the Thali was even better than I can cook at... More

Never get disappointed with this restaurant for good food, value for money and service. Accepts the Entertainment card for great discounts too.

Cravings for curry and naan were deep. Venous, even. The sheer urge for it was enough to over order and leave one in a food coma like slumber. We had the chicken tikka, malai kofta and lamb buriyani with a plain and kashmiri naan. All main meals come with a complimentary rice and papadums. The naan were soft and easily... More

I ate at this place again after having previously had good meals here, but t least more than 6 months ago. Well we are not sure what's happened in that time - a change of chefs, owners or managers, or perhaps all 3 - but the food was basucally bad!! You shouldn't be able to go wrong making Indian curries... More

On a recent visit to Hobart five of us went for dinner and had a great night. Four of us had a banquet and there was plenty of food. The vegan amongst us was also very satisfied. Couldn't believe how packed it was on a cold Tuesday night, especially when compared to some nearby restaurants.

Annapurna is always a great place to eat. We had a group of 11, and normally would have sat upstairs, but one of our group has trouble with stairs. Not a problem, they made room downstairs. Great meals, fantastic service. We used 3 Entertainment cards, and split the bill between 3 payments, unlike a lot of restaurants these days that... More

Very tasty food - of a reliable quality; curries according to your taste; vegan food available - just ask for help. Same assistance with allergies. More tables upstairs. Don't sit too close to the door its drafty! My favourite is Lamb biryiani. Goat curry is good too! Clean reliable restaurant, efficient service. This restaurant has been running for years! Nice...
