Rude staffs, burnt coffee and poorly cooked breakfast. A total waste of time. This place ruined my morning. Please avoid.

We went in to get breakfast and got told there was no breakfast as there was no chef. The staff couldn't have cared less. We have now found a place that was happy to feed us and has got friendly staff.

staff seem disinterested, bothered by your presence. Food for breakfast just standard, edible. Good coffee. Don't waste your money and time. There are much better cafes in the same area.

My husband and I each ordered breakfast -- ham and cheese croissant for me and two eggs fried over easy on toast for him. My croissant was fine, if totally flattened/squashed when I might have expected something rounder rather than flat, but my husband's eggs were extremely greasy and the yolks totally hard inside. When we queried it, the manager... More

We dropped in for breakfast, the menu was limited and when we made our selection, they couldn't offer one choice because the kitchen weren't ready. They got an order wrong, the food was cold and the pancakes were way under cooked. No offer of a discount, no split billing. Staff were mediocre at best. A real disappointment and waste of... More

We stopped in here because it was convenient. We ordered breakfast and coffees - poached eggs on toast with mushrooms for me and the same but with bacon instead of mushrooms for my friends. The coffee was OK, not excellent but fine. The poached eggs were excellent. And that is where it ends. The liquid from the poached eggs had... More

As a local I used to be a huge fan of Zum but not anymore! Terribly slow service but even worse is the feeling that you are more a bother to serve. Food is dry and bland. No creativeness or care. The toast didn't even come out with butter and when asked for some was still sitting at the pass... More

We went there for breakfast, the location is great as it is Salamanca place, the staff were friendly and pleasant and very quick. The restaurant has great indoor and outdoor seating, very nicely done, we were impressed. Cutlery and crockery was good.....we were served by a friendly host....he was quick, attentive and good.... But the food was below average....the food... More
