Hands down the best coffee, the only way to start the day at Southern Cross Station. Always smiling faces and friendly service . Love coming here most mornings to get my dose.

After an overnight flight, and early morning journey from the airport I was badly needing coffee (again) before catching my train home, a 2 hour journey. With only about 45 mins to spare I headed to Starbucks at Southern Cross to find it quite busy... it was a thursday morning! The service was acceptable despite there being a staff member... More

Why would you want to go to a boring franchise cafe in Melbourne, when you can go and explore the many exquisite cafes in the most livable city in the world? Got a fast wi-fi though for you to Instagram your frappe and buy the Mug.

I would not normally recommend a Starbucks, because when I first encountered them... it was in the US and quite frankly, the coffee always smelled burned. But this one in Southern Cross, where I have been on a handful of occasions has good service. I have now given up on trying their coffee ( it took me years to discover... More

This does seem to be the same as the very popular chain out of Seattle, Washington that I lived with for over 15 years. I actually think the food selection is better than in the US. The coffee doesn't taste quite the same, and I am now drawn to all Melbourne has to offer with it's outstanding coffee culture. Starbucks... More

Great coffee and the toasted sandwiches where the nicest things we had ate for days. Nice to be able to sit and relax and let the world go by

As Americans, we were craving some Starbucks in Melbourne. We hunted this down online and should have just stuck with the amazing coffee shops everywhere else. My friend's vanilla latte was extremely sweet and looked like red bean paste. Maybe too much syrup? My drink was fine but it all took a while and just made you feel that much... More

In an area where you can get some of the best coffee in the country, I thought they'd be at least competitive. Not to be. Had the worst skinny flat white this morning, due to a rush. No body, quite watery. Will never come back again.

Typical Starbucks with good coffee. There is plenty of seating at this location and is in a great location.

Service was prompt and everything one would expect from a Starbucks. The people were efficient and friendly and the coffee was average - it's Starbucks so I knew what I was purchasing.
