Great donuts and lovely staff. Always make sure to pop in whenever I am in Melbourne as you can't replicate the taste and experience of Krispy Kreme, the store itself has a great retro interior.

Sneakers – I have a bit of a history with Krispy Kreme. They opened shortly after I moved to Melbourne, which would be close to 10 years ago. The amount of hype surrounding the opening of Krispy Kreme was insane by no over exaggeration. I knew I had to get my hands on some, but at the time of opening... More

Not since a trip to the States last year , have I tasted a simple Donut that is so Good. Our purchase of a Dozen assorted were shared between a family of 8, as a treat in Federation Square, the Cultural Hub of the States Capital.Friendly Staff in a shop so narrow , you could easily walk past and miss... Once you get past the initial gross grime that surrounds the shops on Swanston including KK, the friendly staff will undoubtably deliver a sweet iced donut for a reasonable price.

How could they do this?? How could they allow this crap in to Australia!! They are the worst doughnuts I have ever tasted, they are like puffs of air with too much sugar frosting on them. They are far too soft and taste of nothing! Please get this out of Australia!!

I do really like Krispy Kreme all the time. Always buy whenever I come back to Victoria.I do like their Halloween special edition. It's really good! The only bad think is you need to have more shop or branch.

I don't know what the fuss is about. My icing fell off and you can tell that the donuts are mass produced. Go to a nice bakery instead.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
