The takeouts from here were possibly the best that I have ever had. They have fresh fish, which is generally Snapper and Tarakihi, or Gurnard which is what I ordered. We use to go here all the time for a number of years but would not recommend it anymore. It is not busy nowadays as the fish and chips isn't that great. Not cooked in fresh good oil? Nice staff though. Also the photo they are showing on tripadvisor is not this place!!!

Formerly voted #2 best in Auckland. They grill fish fillets which I always appreciate. They do $5 lots of beer battered fries which is nice. their gourmet burgers are huge: Giant is truly gigantic. open till 8pm, phone orders fine, always easy parking outside. A weekly visit for us.
