Very small trattoria with hand written menu little bit out of city centre. We had nice pasta with good Italian sauce. The service was fast and the girl who was serving comes from Turin as we are and we had nice chat with her. My partner went back once more to this place because of it’s simplicity. portions are big... More

A lovely family authentic italian style restaurant that has evidently been there for quite some time. Menu choices offer good range of meat, seafood, pasta and other meals. Unusual take on the menu when it arrives - I ordered prawns in garlic & white wine sauce but was unable to taste either the wine or garlic, partner ate pasta that... More

Been here twice and impressed by the pucker Italian food. Not to mention the massive portions. These guys don't do pizza and the place is better for it. Seems to be run by a family and you won't find Patel or Fung doing the cooking. Be warned you best make a reservation, and I am talking any night of the... More

Highly recommended from my parents I was sceptical of this place from first impression. However pleasantly surprised when I took my first mouthful. If you are looking for Italian pizza go somewhere else, if you are looking for authentic and amazing food, search no further. Incredible value for money, prompt service and something just that bit different... You'll see what... More

this is a neighbourhood joint, in the best tradition of that sort of place. ten tables, collander lamp shades (amusing touch), and a no hurry, unintrusive but attentive attitude that is of the best sort. background music is just that - background -- and you don't have to shout to be heard in conversation. the menu is not enormous, but... I have been quite tough on a few places I have visited but this place is great....I have been here a couple of times and if you want a casual and unpretentious local that serves great food at a reasonable price and BYO this is for you. The food is simple and tasty and beautifully cooked - no one will... More

And we are so pleased we did. My husband is a pasta addict but I can take it or leave it. So pretty well made up my mind I would choose other than pasta. The small but cosy trattoria looks like the locale for many. The waiter was very good, sense of humour and good looking to boot. Deciding to... More
