Ciabatta serves good pastries.. Their banoffee coffee tastes really good.. The custard filling of their pastries is just perfect! The place is comfy.. And nice.. But what made it a pleasurable experience, was the owner, who was super friendly. Great customer service. One of the best places to eat here in Rotorua.

Once was not enough, wish we could have gone back to try more on the menu. Highly recommend the banoffee coffee...

TripAdvisor recommended and we visited. Very busy @ 9 am just before the Easter weekend. Lots of people were buying hot cross buns. Obviously the locals love this place. There is an amazing variety of breads and pastries on offer. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff to sell and serve the tables.

$8.50 for such a long hotdog is great value! And it tastes really good, sandwiches are really nicely presented and can choose 4 bread options, definitely recommend coming here for lunch.

Thanks to TripAdvisor we were able to find this place! The reviews all stood up to their ratings! Variety of food was extensive and delicious. We tried a few different bits and pieces. The baguette and the cream filled cronuts were my favourite!!! Will definitely come back here when we're there again! Oh and staff were very friendly with helping... More

The owner of this place is completely filled with passion about the food he serves and it really shows. I'm gluten free, so a bakery s often difficult for me, yet the food here was delicious and gluten free was no problem at all. A memorable lunch for all the right reasons.

A perfect start into the day. Three different breads are incredible. It's fine New Zealand with a hint of Europe! Absolutely fantastic!

Stopped here for breakfast prior to going to redwoods. Took us 30 minutes to walk to forest from restaurant. We had a Banoffee (delicious if you like banana), coconut coffee(yum), Stuffed pretzel, and a Brekkie sandwich which was on the softest ciabatta bread I've ever had. Highly recommend. Seems to be a very popular spot with the locals as well.
