We called in here for a drink and something for supper because of a recommendation and it provided a good service with typical bar food.It was busy and offered a good ambience in an old historic building.

Good sized meals, kids enjoyed it and food was good. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. It can get very busy so find out when it's a good time to go.

If you want to dine out and not be disappointed. You can't go pass the Pig and Whistle. Named because it was a police station in its previous life. Good food. Good beer. Great staff. Give it a go.

This has always been an awesome restaurant, although the service could be alittle better as they are never very friendly and the guys look as though they are only there for the $ sadly. Thank goodness the food is awesome though, I am in love with the pork belly and satay burger not to mention the curly fries yuuuuummm oh... More

A great place serving burgers and great beer. Also appropriate for vegetarians – I had a burger with a mushroom pattie and a veggie pattie. The burgers come with a a large portion of pigtail french fries.

We found ourselves pleasantly surprised after wandering into this pub at about 3 in the afternoon. We had missed lunch and it was too early for dinner and we were starved. This place had an excellent guitarist playing live music. Those not into live music were watching the cricket on mute. The food was good, with portions that suited my... More

Stopped here for a beer with friends. Very nice place with an outdoor covered place to sit. Good selection of beer, including a great German weiss beer from Erlangen. Great.

Food took ages, when ordered was told it would be 30-35 minutes. It took nearly an hour - 50 minutes. Meals were huge with loads of fries and Nachos were so hot they were almost inedible - esp for a child. Wouldn't bother eating there again
