We enjoyed a bowl of ice cream after dinner over looking the harbor. I had the chocolate coconut - which was great. My husband had the chocolate mint - equally as good. Lovely Valentine's Day treat!

This cafe is perfect for everyone. Lovely place with tables at the harbour promenade. The prices are good, not expensive, way better than many cafes in Wellington. The view, friendly services and the the excellent Coffee and food is a must to go in Wellington!

We loved the tea variety here and returned after our first visit. They had a few vegan options for cakes, which made me happy. It's always difficult finding quality vegan treats. Recommended.

I love Wellington! It's an amazing city, a real jewellery box at the bottom of the North Island. First time I'm visiting Kaffee Eis. I'm sold! The guys just opened today a few mins ago and 4 of 9 outdoor tables are already occupied - it tells something. They are helpful, cute. Sweet as :) I had a Pastrami-Gerkin sandwich.... More

Visited waterfront and Cuba street cafes over a weekend. Lunch sandwiches are varied and interesting fillings. Ice creams are to die for. Interesting flavors. Had breakfast in the Cuba street cafe. Bagel with cream cheese and jam. Yum... Could have easily eaten two.

I absolutely love the Gelato, and this location is a perfect spot along the waterfront to grab one while walking along in the sun. Staff are always friendly, and welcome to try a few flavours before you buy. Some of my favourite flavours are Apple and Cinnamon, and the Lemon Sorbet. You can have the gelato in either a cone... We stopped by for a ice coffee and were not disappointed. You can select from a large gelato selection, which of course you can just eat. Ice coffee was great. Lovely location right by the water (when it's not a windy day and the sun is out in Wellington.

Thank Fra M
