Have been coming here for 3 years and watched things steadily decline. Came for a birthday lunch today and had to wait 35 minutes to be acknowledged then the staff member dropped menus and said they would be back in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later we had to beckon somebody. Meals arrived one by one with a 15 min gap... More

We have been here a few times all for dinner and we really like the food. The seafood platter is my fave and the prawns yum! I wouldn't call it fine dining more like family dining. So go with friends, family for a casual meal that i would say would be above average.

Quite a novel experience. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty and the portions were a great size.

The Boat has become our local for weekend coffee. We've also done the 2 for 1 Wednesday night dinner (but this has recently been discontinued). The service here is friendly - though sometimes when they're busy the coffees can be a bit slow. The sweet food is highly recommended - I've never had anything that wasn't really good. You can... We had dinner here due to reading their menu that they had on Oriental Parade. Sounded yummy. We both decided to have Scallop Ceasar Salad. Firstly, the service was slow, very slow. We were told by the waitress that there was a group function happening upstairs and they were short staffed. After our orders were finally taken after approx 30... More

This cafe is a great experience for couples, families and groups of friends. It has a great breakfast and lunch menu - perfect for weekend brunches - and a great kids menu too ($7.50 meals for the kids including pancakes, fish and chips, and nuggets). Very friendly staff. Absolutely delicious meals - can't wait to go again soon! They still... More

This boat is moored so there is some very slight movement which takes a few minutes to readjust your sense of 'balance'! Lunch was adequate and the service good. Interior was a bit 'tired' but on reading the boats history I think it added to the experience.

Great views and novel idea but food and service very average - wouldn't repeat. To their credit, we were warned there would be a 40 min wait for food. It was more like an hour and a half (plus) for lukewarm average meals. Same for the tables around us who we got chatting to in the absence of any staff... More

Have eaten here before a few times as we live locally. On a few occasions, I have experienced slow service - the place doesn't appear to be geared up for lots of people, so maybe avoid if it looks busy. The mains/dinner food is OK but nothing special; the breakfast is decent but I think Beach Babylon's is better. The... More

If you want unique experience yes go for it I wouldn't tell you not to but when I went there I was so shocked on the quantity of the food that I got. They only gave me 3 or 4 ribs and it wasn't even big it was a small bone so over priced compared to the food that you... More
