Called in twice during a flying visit to Wellington and left very impressed. Friendly and efficient service, great coffee and decent servings of food at reasonable prices. Nice relaxed neighbourhood feel as well. My wife apologises for standing in the doggy water bowl out front :-)

Stopped in here with my 2 young kids after activities nearby. The entrance area is a bit tight but quite a decent amount of seating at the back, including a small kids play area. Staff were wonderfully welcoming and put together a toasted cheese sandwich which wasn't even on the menu. I had the scrambled eggs on ciabatta which was... More

We frequently visit Elements for brunch or lunch . It is homely and the food tastes home cooked , always fresh and interesting . I particularly like the soups and the grilled chicken salad which is super tasty with seeds and pumpkin and generous. Cabinet food is delicious as well as are the smoothie choices . There are items to... More

We stopped in here on a Sunday morning as I had noticed it on our way to the Spruce Goose. As it was very full we thought we's backtrack a bit and try this place out - and we weren't disappointed. We has a coffee each and I had the Cinnamon Porridge which was delicious. It had toasted almonds, hazelnuts,... More

3 of us stopped in for breakfast and the place was quite full. The waitress gave us some menus and told us to sit wherever and someone would be along so we did as we were told - Not long after we were seated another waitress served us, took our meal orders and drink orders. Then we waited and watched... More

An excellent cafe with top class food. Eggs Benedict was excellent with the best eggs and amazing ham. Chicken Salad was plentiful and tasty.

This is my third review of this cafe which is close to Lyall Bay in Wellington. We were a party of six and all meals were fresh and delicious. The coffee was great too. My last review was less than glowing. I have changed my mind. This place is great again.

Food was good. No pressure from staff to leave after our meal. There were 12 of us and Elements can accommodate large groups.

I mainly go to Elements for lunch and nearly always order the bacon and cabbage hash,it's perfect with great balance of flavour and a perfectly poached free range egg perched on the top. The menu has plenty of variety and the coffee is good too. Recommended.
