We have had many great breakfasts here and today we took home their own baked Italian Focaccia, well what a treat the flavour and texture of this bread was amazing. They had a range of breads and bagels, all looked beautiful. Its at the top of Victoria St, dont miss this place and come early for the bread as it... More

Had a great breakfast here, family of 9. Food came out hot and fast with no fuss. The service was excellent, lovely vibe to the cafe. I had bagels with bacon and avocado poach egg on the side it was excellent. Coffee is excellent I would come back again

Went for Breakie- had a delightful bacon eggs bene and friend had scambled with bacon. Good coffees, quite a bit of wait time- tells you how popular it is. Don't go here if you want to get in & out. Cute outside dining, and plenty of spaces for all. Never saw the wait staff after Breakie was delivered. Many tables... More

We walked well out of our way to go here on a recommendation and it was well worth it! Busy and cozy, friendly and great eats. Best smoothie I had in NZ - thick and tasty!

We ate breakfast at Vicks at the recommendation of our motel staff. The eggs. Benedict were really good and my wife had eggs bacon toast cooked to order. The coffee is great and we sat outside. Some of the tables outside are very small and they allow dogs inside the eating area. All We're well behaved pooches. Looks like a... More

My wife and had been to Vic's a few times in the past, but that was a wee while ago. So this morning we decided to grab a coffee on the go and a something to eat. We arrived a bit before 8am and there was a reasonable number of customers there but we were able to get straight to... More

Today we went back to my favourite coffee place as the coffee is always a top effort and so reliable. The same applies for the food choices we make - always at the top end of local Choices here in Christchurch. My only area of disappointment is the variable experiences with some wait staff - Some are at the top... More

Went here for breakfast with my wife, while she enjoyed her muffin and coffee , I did not enjoy or finish my eggs! Thought it was overpriced too, but my wife was happy with our meal so I guess its not all bad

Way too hipster.. no Diet Coke, only an unfamiliar brand. Eggs with salmon were oke, but the tomatoes & mushrooms with it are a joke, just 2 tiny pieces. I hate sourdough toast, but if you like it, it's okay. ;) Panini chicken was fine. Coffee too bitter.. Little bit overpriced for what you get.. Wouldn't go again..
