You have to do it if you're in Queenstown, but it's a damn good burger! It's all about timing - we didn't have to wait too long and when we got our order, we took it down to the lake and had a very scenic Fergburger. The burgers are absolutely fantastic.

Buy a burger here only if you are hungry because it's huge in size. They serve a variety of burgers. Usually there is a queue during lunch and dinner time. But it worth the wait. Must try this when in Queenstown.

In Queenstown for 2 days, was told a Fergberger was a compulsory part of the experience. You won't need to look for the place, just follow the crowd, & join the huge queue! 15 minute queue up to place your order, then a 25 minute wait whilst it's cooked (cooked?). I ordered a deer one, to be different- It arrived,... More

It was definitely a good burger, but I wish I had gone at another time when the queue wasn't so long. This place is obviously extremely popular for good reason, but I don't think it's ever worth waiting as long as I did. Go early!

Just completed the Shotover marathon and thought, why not?! Got lil lamby and partner the Ferg with blue cheese. Great flavour and mine had awesome sauces but worth standing in line for 30min. Probs not. The bun compared to Devil Burger was heaps fresher and tastier though. So good burger, but overhyped. PS customer service there is pretty piss poor.... More

Definitely worth the wait and with so many people waiting you have the evidence of how good it is. The burgers are delicious with fresh ingredients (bread is baked next door at bakery). Can't wait to visit Queenstown again to get another Ferg.

Absolutely the best burger I've ever had. It looked huge, but I somehow managed to eat the entire thing. I recommend the onion rings over the fries. Definitely worth the 30-minute wait.

If you are ever in Queenstown, these burgers are a must. Although there is always a queue outside the shop, it is totally worth standing in it and doesn't take too long for the queue to go down. But make sure you have plenty of room in your stomach as they are not small.

15 min wait in line, but well worth the wait!! It's a very busy place and popular place to eat. So the wait was expected. Prices were below average depending on what you get. Average price for a burger and fries in New Zealand is around $20, my burger was under $15. Very efficient, well organized, very helpful staff!!! A... More
