The owner here sold us "fresh" abalone at $175 a piece. What we received was definitely NOT fresh... possibly canned or frozen perhaps. They obviously knew we were tourists and recommended the most expensive items on the menu, which would be okay, if you deliver. Our bill ended up being over $100 per person for very mediocre food, and when... More

Staff grunted to seat us, should have known then not to eat here. Asked for some table water, never received. Plate of vegetables, overcooked and bland tasting - all the same colour.

I understand if restaurant is busy you can't really focus to the customers but it was really bad. They couldn't even take my order because it was "too busy". I don't think I will visit here ever again.

The service was appalling, the staff were rude, disrespectful and down right rude! The food selection was poor and were extremely Amd unhelpful with all aspects! Tried to charge $20 for corkage when they didn't open the wine or pour it! Will never go back!! Madam Woo may not take bookings under 8 people but have a bar upstairs and... More

We ordered a few dish and it took forever for food to be serve. Taste were alright but I feel thirsty during the night. Anyway, what will stop me to come over here was a service. The waitress almost drop the soup on my mom. She was try to serve the food between mom and 5 years old kid. For... More

Surprisingly poor service for a half full restaurant. They didn't even set up the table for 3 they gave us for our group of 4, despite our request for another place setting so we had to resort to getting our own dishes from an adjacent table. Slow to take our order and not particularly responsive to anything else. We'd understand... More

When we arrived as a group of 4 people, we were reluctantly seated and given menus. It was a late sitting, around 830pm. The waitress presurred us to order, and when our food finally arrived we werent sure if it was chicken or road kill... terrible food. We then asked for some rice, to be told there was no rice... We were the second table to be served when we arrived, our waitress brought out the first dish in about 15-20 minutes but we were waiting for another 30+ minutes for the second dish. When I asked about the second dish, the unfriendly owner told us it would take long time to deep fried the tofu before serving. Her tone... More

Restaurant is up a fairly steep flight of stairs and it seems to share premisses with a Thai restaurant. On our first visit we ordered a set meal for 2 it was very nice but much too much for us, on the second visit we ordered a couple of dishes of the normal menu and were very pleased. I think... More
