I just visited this cafe' while on a tour to Milford Sound via Queenstown. While waiting for my cappuccino which was lovely may I add, I witnessed disgusting behavior from an apparent 'tour guide' for another bus. This guide and her guest held up the line, and went on to abuse the young girl serving them, acting absolutely obscene and... More

We visited here with a tour company on our way to Milford sound. The staff were extremely rude. First they complained about me asking to put my coffee in a keep cup. I have a keep cup as it is reusable and an environmental benefit. Secondly they refused to give us tap water and said we could get some out... More

Great stop on way into Te Anau for a coffee and snack. Heaps of parking and seating. Lovely clean toilets. Has a few souvenirs for sale. The food is okay.

Average food average service. This was our stop for Breakfast while on a bus tour to Milford Sound. Service was super slow even tho our driver had ordered ahead for us. Our poached eggs were rubbery and my toast was cold. The only good thing is that it was relatively cheap and they had alpacas next door. Overall not impressed... More

Thank you Billie for a great coffee best I have had in the South Island, free wifi with purchase, clean toilets and different gift shop. A must stop and would highly recommend stopping for a break.

Seem to be the standard comfort break stop on the way back from Milford Sound. There are few souvenirs there given that the choice in Milford Sound is limited to a couple of outlets in the terminal so worth the stop. The food and drinks were fresh and reasonably priced and with the washroom facilities being clean as well that... More

Corn fritters should be mostly corn, not mostly fritter. Great bacon though. Coffee better than average. Owners very friendly but other staff disinterested. Nice building.

This is a definite must while in Te Anau, food was scrumptious and hospitality so friendly, just loved the quaint little bar. Try and pop in you won't be disappointed.
