The salads are fresh and tasty and well priced. They certainly fill you up and make a great lunch time meal.

Found me a healthy lunch on Easter Saturday at Grand Central Sumo Salad. The manager was ry amiable and the young lady who prepared my meal did a great job.
You would think eating healthy would be easy at a salad place but not so much. I like to create my own salad (expensive as it is) but the hot meat selections don't cater for Gluten Free :( Very disappointed.
The Sumosalad bar in the Myer centre in Brisbane is where I'm talking about. Having spent "hours" traipsing around a hot and sweaty Brisbane, I was getting peckish and wanted a quick snack before heading home. We almost literally fell into the seating at Sumosalad...More
Ate here and it was just ok. But later it had me running hard for the loo. Haven't had a reaction like that since I ate at a Vietnamese restaurant during Expo 88
Super delicious but DAMN those prices. That's a company problem though and not franchisee. Not a budget meal but if you want to treat yourself without gaining pounds then Sumosalad is Number 1.
This is my favourite lunch at Grand Central. Always quick, Great value & variety of salads etc. Healthy - some salads are even WW approved.
