Hands down the best coffee you'll find in Glenelg. Friendly and efficient service and a terrific menu that's not too pricey. This is our daily coffee fix during our regular visits to Adelaide. Centrally located just off Jetty road and close to the foreshore. Easy parking on street or in a carpark across the road.

Went in and sat down, politely asked to order some coffee/food as the girl rudely ignored us and went off to chat to another employee. Asked where the toilet was to get the rudest reply and poor directions. Went to pay and the lady got very rude and angry at me I didn't have pay wave and my card needed... More

After a month closed for renovations, the new-look Grind It is bright, airy and relaxed and still serving the best coffee in Glenelg. It's more spacious and the outside tables are real bonus. The staff are as friendly and professional as ever and it's just a fabulous place to enjoy a great breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea.

I agree with the review below that the former Grind it was cramped and the vibe probably aimed at the younger generations and that expansion would be profitable. Since then the café has revamped and refitted, which is a risky thing to do when nothing is broken (ok well the roof was leaky in winter and it was a tight... More

The food here is faultless. Consistently delicious and very fresh! It was nice to come mid week and get a booth seat - too many people know about this amazing place! Always a favorite stop for us for breaky and can't see that changing anytime soon. Thanks Grind It team!

We agree with the last few reviews, the male manager was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. Didn't smile, rolled his eyes and was unwelcoming. The food is always excellent though. Fire him and give the chef a pay rise!
