We made the short trip from Peterborough and it was absolutely worth it!. Fantastic meal and our waitress was very warm and friendly! The lady behind the bar was rather loud and abrupt but that is easy to see past with the quality of the...More

It's a year and a half since I held my husband's 60th birthday celebrations at the Wicked Witch! The whole experience is just magical. Good Food with great staff. Totally recommend a visit.

Following our recent wedding breakfast which was held at the Wicked Witch, some of our guests enjoyed the dining experience so much they invited us to return with them for an evening meal. What can I say? This place never ceases to amaze me. The...More

We recently visited the restaurant to celebrate my partner's birthday meal. The restaurant itself is located in the small village of Rhyall, which is very quiet. The food was of an amazing standard! In my onion, the price was reasonable for the quality (at time...More

It's always a good sign that the meal was fantastic when a Self confessed desert lover has no room for one of the gorgeous deserts on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious, The tallest Yorkshire puddings I have ever seen. The atmosphere was relaxed,...More

Went here with friends on the lunch for less deal. Food was great and exceptional value. Service was a little slow though so not good if you are in a hurry.

Not specifically about the restaurant more so about how one person can ask SEVEN ridiculous questions about The Wicked Witch when clearly they don't appreciate GOOD FOOD. Does the Trip Advisor Web Site not get monitored for such inane ramblings?

Answering DiandLi... I was at the Wicked Witch at the same time as the person making these complaints. Believe me, her behaviour was totally out of order. She was abusive and very inconsiderate of other diners. The fuss... More
You liar. The front of house did not deal with it - but ignored the matter. Despite a personal visit and email correspondence after receiving draft menus we were served the very food we wished to avoid. Cheese for him, sprouts for me. At £80 a head and with advance notice what was so difficult. YOU OUTRIGHT DESPICABLE LIAR.

Why are you calling us a liar we haven't put anything on trip advisor we didn't get any allergies information from you and my kitchen is spotless having only just reopened we have had the hygiene inspectors in thank you
You are very fortunate not to be laid low with food poisioning . Novo virus or whatever for 4 days because of a filthy kitchen. £80 a head for what we got was expensive - let's see what the Environmental Health will make of it shall we?

A bar/restaurant and social gathering place in Ryhall – offering high-quality food, drinks and entertainment in an upscale casual environment. The décor is stylish and quirky. The menu features simple, robust food made with the best, often locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere ranges from “chilled and relaxing” - encouraging long lunches and brunches - to lively, for diners with a definite sense of fun.
