The name is confusing with New Shanghai, therefore I accident went here instead of New Shanghai, when I found out it was too late, taste dramatically different from New SHanghai in a bad way....sorry no good, slow and bad service too...
Best pan fried bun, xiao long bao and congee! Very cheap compare to neighbour new shanghai. Better taste as well. Will definitely go back.

The pan-fried bun is better tasted than the neighbouring New Shanghai. I guess they put much less (or no) MSG. Lunch deal is huge portion for a girl (10 buns+ a big bowl of beef soup). Will try it again.
Good but not the best dumplngs in town, some of the main dishes are a bit of an MSG overload. Do yourself a favour and check out New Shanghai next door for a better mainland food experience.
