Had lunch here with a large group of friends. All the meals were excellent. The view of the marina is very good too. Do not be put off by the poor surroundings.

A fantastic seafood restaurant serving day-fresh fish straight off the boats. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, the staff are outgoing and knowledgeable and the kitchen is first-rate. The dining room overlooks the Maroochy river, giving a real sense of connection. But it's all about the food, which is simply amazing. The freshest seafood prepared in a range of styles... More

I haven't been to See for a couple of years. It used to be one of the best restaurants on the cost. Not any more. I went for lunch with a girlfriend on March 30. We ordered fish wings and calamari for entrees to share. The fish wings were inedible. Just horrid. They didn't charge us for them though. The... More

We had a table right by the window, so the beautifu view was uninterrupted. The menu is heavily (but not exclusively) oriented towards sea-food, of many different types, and some dishes had a Chilean influence. Our meals were delicious - tasty and beautifully presented. My salmon was perfectly cooked. Service was excellent - there was only one young lady on... More

We dined at SEE with friends recently. Very impressed with the location and decor. Surprised to find water offered free of charge, even sparkling ! Soft shelled crab starter was just that - one small crab, halved, cooked but presented beautifully The barramundi was equally beautifully presented but truly delicious. A lovely meal with great service. Attentive but not intrusive... More

Ordered the large serve of garlic prawns for entree to share. Six medium sized prawns in a small bowl , very little garlic and 1 small roll for over $40.00. What a ripoff. Turned out that the main was cheaper then the entree. Never again.

An absolutely amazing dinning experience, that would satisfy any culinary desire. I had been recommended See Restaurant by many friends and clients alike, and I must say I'm glad I went to enjoy the experience for myself. My timing was perfect as the staff advised they have just launched their Autumn menu, one of which provides many wonderful options and... More

The restaurant is lovely inside and the views are stunning. We ordered from the $29.50 lunch special which gives a main, dessert and choice of wine or soft drink. The braised brisket was not as soft as it could have been as it didn't just fall apart and melt in the mouth. There was more sauce than meat and it... More

Since retiring to the Sunshine Coast almost five years ago, I took the opportunity to make a booking at See Restaurant for my wife and I and two of our close friends to celebrate my 70th year on the planet. I had read many positive reviews of the restaurant over the years, but reserved my verdict until I had actually... More
