Appalling service been waiting for food for 1 hour now. Food is over priced, restaurant is cold and no atmosphere. Go and spend your money in a place where they deserve it

Clean, comfortable and very friendly service, wouldn't go any where else. Received a free upgrade, even better. Excellent food, great experience and convenient location to use as base to see all the sites.

Ate here both nights of our stay. Service was fine, meals tasty, beers cold, view over bay to mainland superb.

We used to meet with friends for lunch each Saturday at the Ozone but over the last couple of months have aquired a new chef. Revamped menu. Reads very well but the execution is way off. Food is so bad and so overpriced that we now meet at a different lunch venue on a Saturday.

Terrible meal last night and could get any wifi despite managements assurance there. Was the problem was that the staff really could have cared less about either issue. How can people run a business like this?

While our appetizer (fish cake) was passable, my main course (a steak) was overcooked and tasteless. My companion's main course (lamb) was stringy but edible.

We stopped in for lunch in this restaurant overlooking the water - very scenic! The French Fries come in a large portion and are scrumptious (I think they are twice-cooked). We had the seafood chowder special of the day, which was very watery, but with the toasted bread that came with it was really good. Unfortunately our lunch, though filling,... More

I think this venue needs to concentrate on quality food, not try so hard to have a la carte just get the basics right. Menu was expensive and only average quality and serves very small. Staff were polite.

Having just got off the ferry we travelled to Kingscote to the Ozone Hotel for lunch. The proprietor was very iffy about accepting our 10% off voucher. After that was settled we sat down for a very relaxing lunch. The food was very good and the waiter Kamal was fantastic. He was quite happy to talk to us about himself... More

This is a very extensive complex: the old hotel (which also houses the dining room), a much newer apartment building and a number of self contained units. We stayed in an executive upper s/c unit which meant we had to ascend and descend 25 steps whenever we came and went: a bit of a challenge for dodgy knees & hip!!... More
