Fabulous fish n chips enjoyed every bite. Especially would like to commend Kate for excellent service. There was a slight hiccup and Kate was classy

Though some of the food was good, I’m going to say upfront that I would not return here because it seemed to me overrated and something of a rip-off for the portions. The oysters were good (at $5 each), and so was the clam chowder, which four of us had—it had real clams and a very good taste (if a... More

Good food. OK service. Pre booked for 4 kids (5 - 11) 4 adults, we were seated at a somewhat cramped square table. Food for kids came out quite quickly as asked for. Portions quite generous for the kids. We ordered sparkling wine, the waitress really struggled to open it, and her serving technique was a little green. I was... More

Really popular and buzzing place in the Centre of the village. Amazing and fresh seafood, friendly but a little erratic service. Very nice food though. Sit on the verandah. Magic.

Oysters were awesome. Staff was awesome. Kids meal was dry and tasteless and overdone (chicken). Adult meals were generally good. My chips were undercooked. I was underwhelmed by the food but the staff were great. Others were happy at the table but not effusive...especially if one of the top restaurants in Auckland. Would go back for the Oysters and wine... More

We had a variety of dishes between the four of us and all were very nice. Good food, cooked well. We dined on the deck on a warm evening and the views add to the ambience. Service was pleasant and professional. Only gripe: pricing a bit on the high side (particularly the drinks) ...even for Waiheke. Would probably still go... More

This restaurant came highly recommended by Sam Neill after our visit to Two Paddocks in Central Otago. Needless to say, this was our 1st meal on the island and the 6 of us literally ate 90% of the dishes on the menu. 2 dozens of freshly shucked oysters were washed down with delicious Miru Miru Sparkling, the deep fried shrimp...
