Went to the Fox and Goose in Greywell on 2nd December 4.30pm. It was quite quiet. We had a fabulous Sunday lunch meal - excellent value and great cooking.

Home cooked pub food & sunday roasts well served & fairly priced with generous portions. Child friendly helpful staff. Lucked out as strangers to area! Wish we had a pub like this closer to home.

Had an excellent lunch today and I must add that the 8oz rump steak was the best I've tasted in a very long time and was well worth the wait. The kitchen was very busy preparing lunches today and so we waited a little longer...More

To be honest it was disappointing, I found the owner arrogant and aloof and the menu basic and pricey won't be going back.
