We wanted something fast to take away on a Sunday evening. The meal was prepared very quickly and was absolutely delicious. It was quite early so the restaurant was not that full but one of the guests who was just leaving told me how good his meal had been. £25 for starter, 2 mains and 2 rice.

Really nice atmosphere as you enter, made to feel very welcome. Would recommend booking at weekends because it was packed when we arrived at 7:15! Waiting staff are very friendly, attentive and conversational. We had the spring rolls, spicy squid, seaweed and spare ribs to start (all fabulous, never had seaweed like it!) with prawn crackers, then ginger and spring... More

The last time we went we were so disappointed we vowed never to go again. After reading the reviews tried again, and we had a really a lovely evening. Diners are treated with respect, the food is exceptional, the chef has an in depth knowledge of how spices should be married to produce a meal that you will remember. All... More

We came here for a family meal and could not have been happier with our choice. A lovely atmosphere, such friendly helpful staff and very good food. Highlights of the meal included dim sum dumplings, salt and pepper bean curd, ma po tofu, and duck in fresh plum sauce. We will be back!

haven't been for many years, but was suitably impressed, nice environment food was first class and the service attentive but in no way obtrusive. will be back soon! I think this will be our choice for Chinese dining! a bonus is being able to take home leftovers.

Having decided to eat here and not having booked, we had not realised how popular this restaurant is; it never looks as though there are many people there but having gone in to ask if they had a table for two (at about 7.30 p.m.) we realised it was very busy. They had a little struggle to find somewhere but... More

Its almost a year since we've been to the Forum House and we were pleasantly surprised - Forum House has really discovered its mojo after a year or two in the wilderness. Friday evening, 7.30pm and the place was packed, with a brilliant atmosphere. We ate from the set menu (B) and everything was good, apart from the chicken which... More

Managed to get a table on valentines day, even though it was last minute they fitted us in. The food was served quickly despite the fact it was pretty full and the quality was as good as ever. Highly recommended

We went on Sunday 12th February and ordered from the 'buffet' menu. There were nine of us and quite honestly the amount of food delivered over three courses was enough for at least twice as many people. I couldn't fault the food but I think the portions were just too large! I think next time I'll invite some Americans to... More

I can't pick out one member of staff for special mention as everyone treated us brilliantly. We enjoyed a delicious meal, I especially liked the scallops in mixed vegetables - yummy! Mixed hors d'oeurves, two mains, chicken fried rice and fried noodles a very refreshing Pinot Grigio and coffees all for less than £60. Bargain.
